如何加强人力资源管理来提升企业核心竞争力分析研究 工商管理专业

摘要：企业核心竞争力是“一组先进技术和谐组合”，是企业内部资源要素与外部环境条件的有效结合。而人力资源作为企业的第一资源要素，是形成企业核心竞争力的基础。我国企业要在激烈的竞争中生存和发展，必须高度重视人力资源管理，建立健全人力资源管理的制度，提升人力资源管理水平，以此提高企业的竞争能力。 关键词：人力资源管理；核心竞争力；激励机制 Abstract: The enterprise’s core competitiveness is "a harmonious combination of advanced technology," is the internal resources and external elements of an effective combination of environmental conditions. And human resources as the first enterprise resource element is the formation of enterprise’s core competitiveness.
