【摘要】 本文从当前企业面临的难题——人才流失入手,将人性放入社会生产力发展背景下进行剖析,论证人的全面发展即自由而充分的发展才是企业人力资源管理的终极目标,才是 21 世纪管理的出路,指出管理者当今的工作重心应向满足人才的高层次心理需求——成就需求和合群需求转移才能真正留住人才,文章最后探讨了如何满足人才的这两大心理需求的管理方法
