【摘要】投资者在进行股票投资的过程中，怎么得出一只股票合理的价值对于投资者的投资十分重要。本文是对宝钢股份这家上市公司进行分析，从而得出这家上市公司股票的内在价值。本文首先进行的是对于钢铁行业的分析，通过产业集中度 CR8 对于钢铁行业进行分析，发现钢铁行业是一个寡占型行业，接着使用五力模型分析出钢铁行的竞争格局。本文之后对于宝钢股份进行基本面分析，分析其资产状况，主营业务与企业战略。本文最后通过使用市盈率估值法与 DDM 估值法分别对宝钢股份的股票进行估值。最后得出对于宝钢股份的投资建议，认为宝钢股份具有投资价值，建议投资者持有。关键词：五力模型；产业集中度 CR8；市盈率法；DDM 模型；基本面分析；投资价值【Abstract】Investors in the process of stock investment, how to get a reasonable value of a stock for investors' investment is very important. This article is to baosteel stock this listed company analysis, so as to get the intrinsic value of this listed company stock. This paper first analyzes the iron and steel industry and finds out that the iron and steel industry is an oligopolistic industry through the analysis of industrial concentration ratio CR8. Then it USES the five forces model to analyze the competitive pattern of the iron and steel industry. After this paper, the fundamental analysis of baosteel shares, analysis of its asset status, main business and corporate strategy. In the end of this paper, the valuation of baosteel shares is carried out by using price-earnings valuation method and DDM valuation method.
