摘要摘 要 房地产行业在今天的社会占据中其他行业所不能代替的地位,也发挥着其他行业不能带来的经济效益。它担负着国民经济体系中民生问题的重要责任。房地产具有它自身的特点,这些特点注定了它是一种高风险,高回报,高收益的行业。它自身的财务风险是很大的。改革开放这么多年来,我国的房地产行业有了很大的发展,可是最近几年房地产行业面临着供大于求,销售额迅速下降,资金回收困难,融资困难使得行业资金缺口严重,巨大的财务压力和困境,让房地产行业发展停滞不前,那么该如何有效的解决房地产行业存在的问呢?本文将分析房地产行业的现状与前景,对企业所面对的财务风险进行具体分析提出相对应的防范措施,最后做出总结。关键词 房地产行业 财务风险 措施ABSTRACTABSTRACT : Real estate industry occupies an irreplaceable position in today's society, and also plays an economic benefit that other industries can not bring. It bears an important responsibility for people's livelihood in the national economic system. Real estate has its own characteristics, which destine it to be a high-risk, high-return, high-yield industry. Its own financial risk is great. Over the years of reform and opening up, China's real estate industry has made great progress. However, in recent years, the real estate industry is facing oversupply, rapid decline in sales, difficulties in fund recovery and financing, which make the industry a serious capital gap, huge financial pressure and difficulties, and make the development of the real estate industry stagnate.
