工程监理在现代建筑施工中的作用 摘 要分析监理单位在确保施工安全中存在的实际问题以及实行监理制度改革的必要性，在研究过程中，始终遵循科学严谨、实用易操作的研究原则，对问题进行深度思考并寻求改进措施。首先，简单论述工程监理的内涵和定义，并界定监理制度的概念。接着阐明题的背景及选题的目的，进而引出工程监理在安全施工项目发挥的地位和作用，给下文的论述做铺垫。其次对工程施工的特点进行总结归纳，并阐述建筑工程施工中安全生产的必要性，在提高项目工程的经济效益和促进建筑行业平稳发展中起到重要作用。 指出工程监理在确保施工安全中不可或缺的作用，接着明确安全监理的实施对规范施工作业和保证保证质量中起到的积极作用。再次，提出现阶段工程监理依据现有的监理制度在开展安全监理中采取的方式，对工程监理单位在施工过程中如何确保施工安全进行深入的研究，是本文的重点分析对象。最后，通过对本文的研究成果进行总结归纳，对监理单位如何在易发安全事故中起到相应的职能进行论述，提高工程监理施工中及时发现并解决安全隐患的能力。关键词 工程监理；施工；施工安全 Abstract This article is mainly in the booming construction environment, on the basis of our country in the process of construction, the needs of safe operation as well as the importance of engineering supervision to ensure the safety of construction.
