Z 公司竞争战略的选择与实施摘 要工程造价咨询起源于工业革命时期的英国,在西方发达国家已有百余年的发展历史,出现在我国尚不足二十年,它是我国经济体制从计划经济向市场经济过渡阶段的产物。尽管起步较晚,在发展中存在的问题较多,我国的工程造价咨询业还是伴随着国民经济的发展取得了长足的进步。2005 年底,我国政府根据加入 WTO 时作出的承诺如期开放了国内工程造价咨询业市场,境外造价咨询机构的相继进入进一步加剧了业内的竞争,给国内同行带来较大的压力。本文以 Z 工程造价咨询公司为背景,运用战略管理的基本理论,分析了 Z 公司所处的行业环境及公司的内部资源及能力状况,在此基础上对 Z 公司的未来竞争战略作出选择。本文认为差异化战略是适合 Z 公司的竞争战略,并构想 Z 公司通过服务、质量、品牌、独特竞争力等途径来实现差异化。为使差异化竞争战略得到有效的实施,本文还对 Z 公司如何培育自身的核心竞争力提出建议,认为 Z 公司要加强企业文化建设,着力打造人力资源管理、知识管理、客户关系管理、品牌管理等方面的能力,以赢得竞争优势。关键词:工程造价咨询公司 差异化战略 核心竞争力 AbstractThe project construction cost consultation,which origined from The Industrial Revolution Time in England, had developed more than hundred years in western developed countries.
