共享经济背景下我国在线短租商业模式探析 摘 要我国旅游业已迈入休闲游时代, 跟团式观光游无法满足游客多元化、个性化的需求,不少在线旅游平台纷纷推出自由行、深度游产品。住宿领域也经历着变革,标准酒店住宿虽仍然主导住宿行业,但消费者对以酒店式公寓、民宿客栈、别墅、普通民宅为代表的非标准住宿的诉求日渐攀高。国外 Home Away、Airbnd 等短租平台的高速发展也给我国建立在线短租平台企业提供了成功的经验借鉴。从 2011 年起,爱日租、游天下、蚂蚁短租、途家网、住百家、小猪短租等多家在线短租企业相继成立。但是途家网的壮大与爱日租的消失和它们的商业模式有很大关联,基于此,本文展开了对共享经济背景下我国在线短租商业模式的研究。本文首先分析了在线短租行业的发展现状,其次通过国内外在线短租企业商业模式的对比分析,提出了我国在线短租行业的发展趋势及对策。关键词:共享经济;在线短租;商业模式ABSTRACTChina's tourism industry has entered the era of leisure travel, tour with group tours can not meet the diversified needs of tourists, many online travel platforms have launched a free exercise, the depth of travel products.
