广东省最低工资标准变动趋势分析摘 要本文通过我国的最低工资制度的起源及变化了解我国在解放时期、计划经济时期、经济转型时期的最低工资制度的转变,以广东省最低工资标准变动趋势为例,证明了各个区域之间的最低工资标准存在着差异。通过研究广东省最低工资标准的实际问题反馈,从加强、加快最低工资制度建设和执行力度方面分别提高最低工资标准制度的完善性,使得最低工资制度在覆盖广度、调整时间频率、统一内涵、增强企业责任,提升劳动者的认知,发挥工会作用方面得到进一步的改进。同时也根据不同国家的最低工资标准的特点,去针对区域之间的实际情况,借鉴相关经验,完善本地区的最低工资制度。这对缩小区域间贫富差距、协调城乡发展具有重大意义,对进一步社会主义建设有着积极意义。关键词:最低工资标准;区域差异;完善制度Analysis on the Changing Trend of the Minimum Wage Standard in Guangdong ProvinceABSTRACTThis article understands the changes in the minimum wage system in China during the period of liberation, planned economy, and economic transition through the origin and changes of China's minimum wage system.
