摘要随着人们不断提升的生活品质以及飞速发展的互联网技术，海外代购这一名词对于我们来说并不陌生。中国消费者对于国外产品的需求，将这一产业的发展推动到了一个又一个的新高潮。我国网络海外代购规模迅速扩大主要是基于同种商品国内外价格差异较大，品种种类丰富、紧跟国际潮流，零成本运营、利润诱人，人民币升值、购买力不断提升等方面原因。但同时也面临着税收流失、商品质量监管和售后服务缺失等问题。本文将着重讨论国际代购对我国国际贸易产生的积极以及消极影响，并对其中的原因进行分析，最后提出一些建议：应强化行业监管，建立代购诚信体系，增强消费者风险防范和维权意识，健全相关法律法规体系，建立境内免税店等等措施，以促进网络海外代购业务持续健康发展。关键词：国际代购；国际贸易；影响；监管；AbstractAs people continue to enhance the quality of life as well as the rapid development of Internet technology, overseas purchasing this term is not new for us.
