国外反倾销对我国纺织品产业出口的影响摘 要 近年来,国际贸易总体形势不景气,反倾销已成为贸易保护的重要工具。中国自加入世贸组织以来,经济发展迅速,外贸出口持续快速增长,与国外相同产业间的竞争加剧,因此不断引致国外反倾销诉讼。随着国外反倾销诉讼案的不断增多,中国越来越多行业牵涉其中,不同产业的国际竞争力遭遇了不同程度的影响。本文以中国纺织业为代表,考察国外反倾销对纺织产业的出口的影响。论文首先探讨了倾销与反倾销和产业国际竞争力的基本理论，在此基础上分析了分别从我国纺织品服装出口遭受反倾销的现状、我国纺织品服装出口遭受反倾销的特点来对我国纺织品服装出口遭受反倾销的现状及特点进行分析；又国际原因、国内原因、反倾销调查愈演愈烈的原因进一步总结了我国纺织品服装出口遭受反倾销的原因；最后从政府层面、政策层面、企业层面对中国应对国外纺织品服装反倾销的做了对策分析。关键词：反倾销；纺织品产业；产业出口 ABSTRACTIn recent years, the general situation of international trade, the anti-dumping has become an important tool of trade protection. Since China's accession to the wto, the rapid economic development, foreign trade export continued rapid growth, with foreign competition between the same industry, so from foreign anti-dumping litigation.
