内容摘要由于全球化经济的不断发展,中国民营企业开始面对更多的竞争对手。这其中不仅包含了国内的竞争对手,还有国外的相关企业。一些全球五百强的企业已经在我国投资。他们利用自身的特点与国内的企业竞争。面对如此国际化的竞争形势,我国企业若想能够发展就必须拥有全球化的经营策略。但是,中国的一些企业在国际化经营方式上仍存在一些问题。这将导致中国企业走向国际化的道路更加艰难。本文分为三个部分,第一部分对海尔集团目前的国际化运营状况进行了分析;第二部分详细解析了海尔集团在进行国际化运营过程中存在的问题;第三部分针对上一部分存在的问题给出了一些合理的建议和解决问题的措施。进而为中国企业如何抓住发展机遇,开拓国际市场,增加企业在国际市场上的市场占有率,实现国内企业的经营战略向着国际化经营的方向转变提供一定的借鉴经验。关键词:海尔集团 国际经营策略 对策Abstractdue to the continuous development of the global economy, Chinese private enterprises began to face more competitors.
