摘 要爱美之心，人皆有之。随着人们生活水平提高，化妆品实现由少数人使用到如今多数人使用的量变，而且消费者及其关心化妆品的质量，尤其是进口化妆品。随着化妆品行业迅速发展，使用的范围越来越大，人们现阶段已经认识到化妆品质量监管的重要意义。海南旅游产业发达，加上自由贸易岛的独特背景和离岛免税政策的影响，海南的进口化妆品销量持续上升，推动了海南贸易产业的发展。从这个本质上讲，监管好进口化妆品的工作显得尤其重要。本文海南进口化妆品为研究对象，阐述了化妆品和化妆品监管的概念，阐述监管主体、监管内容和相关的法律法规，概括了当前的监管困境和深入剖析原因，并借鉴欧美等经济发达国家对化妆品质量监管的法律法规和高效的监管模式，提出海南进口化妆品的建议和对策。关键词：海南自贸岛 进口化妆品 质量监管 AbstractAll people have the heart of beauty.
