摘 要我国关于工资薪酬管理体系的研究相对西方国家来说发展较晚,还很不全面,而事业单位作为我国特有的一种组织形式,其薪酬管理体系的建立与改革的难度也是非常的高并且非常重要。而随着社会经济的快速发展,我国现行的薪酬管理制度已经不能适应当前的情况,薪酬制度改革成为当前的热门话题之一,而其中,事业单位薪酬管理体制改革又是重中之重。提高事业单位工作效率,对于社会的发展有着重要意义,而在这其中,一套完善的薪酬管理制度是必不可少的。本文针对邯郸市薪酬制度改革的现状,通过引入西方薪酬制度改革理论,参考国内其他地区相关情况,运用文献分析法、归纳综合法、比较分析法。对其中存在的问题进行了分析探讨,并提出了相关的建议及对策。关键词:邯郸市;事业单位;薪酬;激励AbstractThe research on salary management system in China is relatively late for western countries.Is not comprehensive yet.Institution is a unique form of organization in China,Its establishment and reform of the compensation management system is also very difficult.With the rapid development of the social economy,the current salary management system in our country cannot adapt to the current situation,The reform of salary has become one of hot topics,among them,the reform of the salary management system of the public institution is the most important.To establish and improve an effective system of compensation management for public institutions,is have a great significance to improve the efficiency of human resources in public institutions.This thesis aims at the present situations of compensation system reform in Handan city,introduce the theory of western salary system reform,and the existing problems are discussed,and the related suggestions and countermeasures.Keywords: Handan; public institution; salary; performance 第一章 绪 论1.1 选题背景和意义事业单位乃中国特有的一种组织模式,我国中央在二零一一年发布的通知中提出:中国需深入优化事业单位的变革,并且强调经营性事业单位要进行体制转换。...
