摘 要随着我国经济和社会的不断发展，老年人口越来越多，我国已经逐渐步入老龄化社会。传统的家庭养老和社会机构养老虽然也在一定程度上解决了社会养老问题，但是还存在着一些弊端。社区养老服务既能满足老年人在家里颐养天年的心愿，又能够接受社区的医疗、心理咨询等服务，有效的弥补了家庭养老与机构养老的缺陷，有利于缓解我国的养老压力，促进社会和谐，推动社会经济发展，但是社区养老也存在着一些问题。本文主要运用需求层次理论以及社会保障理论等，通过对河北省城市社区养老的问题，产生问题的原因进行分析，从河北省社区养老服务的内容、方式、筹资渠道、基本服务、基础设施等方面，结合相应的数据，对缓解河北省养老压力，完善河北省城市社区养老服务方面提出了相应的对策。从加强舆论宣传、拓宽筹资渠道和健全法律法规多方面入手，切实完善河北省城市社区养老服务，提高服务的质量，促进河北省发展。关键词：社区养老，河北省，老龄化社会，城市社区AbstractWith the continuous development of China's economy and society, the elderly population is increasing, and China has gradually stepped into an aging society.
