河北省高校大学生就业现状及对策摘 要高校大学生就业是政府、社会、用人单位、家长和毕业生共同关注和关心的核心问题。近年来，大学生就业形势不容乐观。随着高等教育的不断发展，今后很长的一段时期内，大学生毕业数量将持续在较高水平，大学生就业压力也会随之加大。高校大学生的充分就业不仅能使家庭和谐，对于社会的发展也有一定的推动作用还能实现大学生的自身价值，对促进社会经济的协调发展也起着重大的作用。首先本文是从大学生就业问题的角度出发，以河北省高校大学生为主体，采用文献法和数据资料法，根据河北省高校大学生的实际就业现状，总结出河北省高校大学生择业、就业过程中存在的问题。其次，文章在就业概念和相关理论的基础上，为建立符合河北省当地实际情况的高校大学生就业制度提供了理论依据。然后从高校、市场、用人单位和大学生自身方面有针对性的分析目前就业存在问题的成因。最后在前人研究的基础上，结合现有的改革措施针对河北省的基本情况提出促进毕业生就业的对策。希望能从多角度为河北省高校毕业生提供提高就业机会的对策建议，缓解就业带来的巨大压力。关键词：河北省；大学生；就业 AbstractThe employment of college students is the core issue of concern and concern for government, society, employers, parents and graduates.
