摘 要河北省水资源短缺，人均水资源拥有量不及全国的平均水平。并且随着农村经济以及农村城镇化的发展，同时加剧了农村污水的问题，此问题已成为制约河北省农村经济健康发展的因素之一。河北省毗邻北京、天津，是京津重要的水源地和重要保障，且如今又有雄安新区的设立，解决河北省污水处理问题迫在眉睫。河北省又是农业大省，解决河北省农村生活污水处理问题对于推进河北省的生态环境建设具有重大意义。本文以文献法和系统分析法为主，在国内外的理论基础上分析研究了河北省农村生活污水处理的现状及问题，并对产生问题的原因进行分析。分别从河北省农村生活污水处理的相关法律法规，资金支持及农民环保意识方面进行分析，结合相关理论及数据，从建立健全法律法规，加大政府资金支持，加强农民环保意识等多方面，对河北省农村生活污水处理问题提出几点对策。从而，切实解决河北省农村生活污水处理问题，改善河北省农村生活环境。 关键词：农村生活污水；河北省污水处理；农村环境AbstractHebei province is short of water resources, the per capita water resources ownership is less than thenational average.
