摘 要改革开放以来，特别是党的十八大以来，河北省委、省政府按照以习近平同志为核心的党中央对河北发展特别是针对河北省“三农”问题和农村农民脱贫问题提出的一系列批示，按照京津冀一体化发展战略部署，对本省农业基础设施建设投入了大量的人力、物力、财力，花大力气、下真功夫，认真解决三农问题，党的十九大以来，河北省各条战线尤其是农业，有了较大进步。农业水利设施、农用道路设施、农业机械化等方面，取得了较大成就。但不可否认，农业、农村、农民的问题的解决绝非一日之功，尤其是农业基础设施建设方面，存在着融资渠道不够宽泛、农民在农业基础设施建设方面的主体意识不够强、经济发展水平和基础设施建设脱节等问题。本文以河北省基础设施建设的显示情况为出发点，参考国内外研究范例以及先进经验，综合分析农业基础设施建设中存在问题，提出相应的建议，为我省进行农业供给侧改革尽一份力。关键词：河北省；农业；基础设施AbstractSince China's reform and opening up, especially the 18th congress, China’s governments at all levels in Hebei Province have always adhered to the original paper.
