湖南省生产性服务业集群化发展研究摘 要在某一特定的区域内，数量较多的竞争和合作关系的各类规模的企业与供应商、金融组织等，还有为以上组织提供服务的组织通过复杂的网络关系密切联系的经济集聚体可以被描述为产业集群。产业集群不同于传统的供应链的伙伴关系，而是一种特殊的经济现象。产业集群会使某一特定区域内的某一特定行业具有较强的竞争力和技术优势等，因此这个概念一般被用于定义一个特定的行业为导向的经济体系中，众多产业密切联系的企业与各类服务机构在地理上的聚集。自从 1978 年十一届三中全会召开预示着改革开放以来，湖南省实施大力推进湖南新型工业化进程的战略，调整产业结构，加大投入，着力提高优势产业集中度和企业集团化水平，加快工业园区产业集聚发展，产业集群化水平有了一定提高,但是仍存在发展中的规划不够全面，产业集群配套环境不完善等问题。本文首先介绍产业集群的有关理论，然后介绍西方发达国家产业集群发展的成功经验，之后写湖南省产业集群的发展现状及存在的问题等，然后提出有关建议。关键词：产业集群 生产性服务业 发展ABSTRACTCompetition and cooperation relationship in the industrial cluster refers to a large number of all kinds of the size of the enterprise and supplier, financial organization for its service agencies gathered in a particular area, and close contact in complex network economic agglomeration, represents a different from market and hierarchy structure of economic organization.
