摘要： 资金短缺是中国的基础设施发展不足的直接原因，多元化的融资结构是一个基础产业发展的必然趋势。私人资本进入，在理论和实践的基础设施部门是可行的，也是必要的，对于缓解资金短缺的基础设施产业也具有重要的作用。提高投资效率，促进经济增长，加快改革势在必行。然而，由于存在市场准入和行政制度的障碍，私人资本进入的严重制约。从投资到融资渠道和监管制度，应制定措施以吸引和鼓励私人资本投资在基础设施领域，以解决民营资本进入的障碍。 营地资本参与的积极性和投资于基础设施建设投资规模越来越大，但其建设和管理的投资项目目前的情况提出了一种混合的情况。更好的对私人资本投资基础设施建设的现状分析，达到私人资本投资和社会效益的双赢，同时加强项目建设管理，希望能帮助投资行为的健康发展。关键词：基础设施；民营资本；市场准入Abstract:The shortage of funds is the direct cause of China's infrastructure development, diversified financing structure is an inevitable trend of development of infrastructure industries.
