基于 OBSE-CDIO 理念的土建类专业 BIM 人才培养研究摘 要:为适应建筑行业对 BIM 人才的需求,对土建类专业学生进行系统的 BIM 能力培养受到相关高校日益关注。本文将 OBSE 教学理念和 CDIO 工程教育模式引入到 BIM 人才培养中,以学生为中心,以学习产出为导向,构建了基于 OBSE-CDIO 理念的土建类专业 BIM 人才培养模型,该模型具体分析了 BIM 预期学习产出体系,实现该体系的课程计划与教学方法,评估学习产出的方法以及实现持续发展的措施等具体内容,为高校 BIM 人才培养提供重要参考。关键词:OBSE-CDIO;BIM 人才;产学研政;学习产出Research on Civil Engineering Professional BIM Talent Cultivation Based on OBSE-CDIO ConceptAbstract: In order to meet the demand of BIM talents in the construction industry, systematic training of BIM for civil engineering students has attracted increasing attention from relevant universities. This article introduces the OBSE teaching philosophy and the CDIO engineering education model to the training of BIM talents. Based on student-centered and learning-output oriented, the BIM talent training model for civil engineering based on the OBSE-CDIO concept is constructed. The model specifically analyzes BIM anticipates the learning output system, implements the curriculum plans and teaching methods of the system, evaluates the methods of learning output, and measures for achieving sustainable development.
