摘 要上世纪 90 年代传言 1999 年是世界末日。然而世界末日并没有到来，对于我国却迎来了人口迅速老龄化的问题,突然到来的老龄化问题已成为全社会联合关心的重点。随着日渐增大的老龄化压力以及传统养老方式的日渐衰弱,老年人越来越依赖社会关照服务，养老问题成为了全社会的问题，社区养老也变成媒体中的明星关注对象。本课题在分析了社区居家养老和养老管理现状以及对现有的社区养老服务系统进行研究比较的基础上，针对居家养老管理的特殊性，设计研发了一套基于 Web 技术的基于移动平台的社区养老平台。本系统用户主要包括管理员、老人以及子女这三类。管理员用户的功能主要包括修改密码、老人信息管理、日常监控管理以及医疗医嘱管理等模块；老人用户的功能主要包括我的日常监控、医疗医嘱模块以及意外状况管理；子女用户的功能主要包括日常监控查询、医疗医嘱查询以及意外状况模块查看。系统开发语言使用 JAVA，MySQL 作为数据库，开发环境为 MyEclipse，以及系统服务器 Tomcat，开发出的一个基于 B/S 结构的基于移动平台的社区养老平台。关键词：JAVA；数据库；B/S 模式The Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Community Care System Abstract90's last century, rumors 1999 will be the end of the world.
