摘 要近几年以来，社会在不断进步，经济在不断发展，伴随而来的是各种社会成就：社会更加和谐，更加公平，政府更好地为广大民众服务。但是，也有发展不完善的地方，例如在一些偏远地区，社会事业的发展遇到了各种问题。为改变这些现状，我国政府在不断地进行改进，加大重视力度，努力将社会事业发展排在首位。陕西省近几年的发展迅速，但是在农村社会事业的发展上也出现了一系列的问题，例如提供社会事业性的服务主体单一，基础设施不完备，缺乏管理型人才等。因此，为了促进陕西省农村社会事业的发展，需要对其进行进一步研究，提出新的发展思路。本文采用了文献资料，比较研究和描述性的方法，针对陕西省农村社会事业发展中存在的问题，具体说明农村社会事业的相关理论基础和概念，详细分析陕西省农村社会事业的发展现状，基于此现状，提出一些措施来加快陕西省的农村社会事业的发展，例如加大财政投入，完善制度以及人才队伍建设。关键词：农村；社会事业；陕西省；对策AbstractIn recent years, society in constant progress and constant development in economy, which is associated with various social achievements: the society more harmonious, more equitable, the better service for the general public.
