建筑工程项目风险管理问题研究摘要:进入 21 世纪后,我们国家的建筑工程项目越来越多,它们的规模和投资越来越大,影响也越来越广。当然,免不了出现的风险也越来越多样化,而且风险又是存在于工程项目的每个时期。可想而知,各个风险之间的关系也变得纵横交错,进而引起的损害也不可估量。因而,对工程项目的风险管理展开仔细研究也显得十分迫切。然而,我国工程项目管理者对于风险管理的意识并不到位,而且风险管理的发展水平与其他大国相比还有很落后。但是,现如今,工程项目的风险管理具有广阔的市场,也得到了大家的广泛关注。我国也愈加重视风险管理,并注重应用风险管理理论。本文就建筑工程项目在风险管理过程中如何识别、分析和控制风险进行了论述。文章包括理论研究部分和实例分析部分。文中运用项目风险管理的理论方法,对工程项目的风险管理进行定性分析,而且结合实例进行了定量分析。分析过后,大致总结了项目风险管理过程中的解决方法。重要的是,本文结合重庆永康花园住宅楼项目从投资决策阶段到后期租售阶段的具体过程探讨了工程项目风险的识别、评价及控制方法。关键词:建筑工程;项目;风险管理Abstract: after entering twenty-first Century, our country's construction projects are more and more, their scale and investment are more and more big, and the influence is also more and more wide.
