摘 要我国中小企业发展迅速,在我国经济发展中发挥越来越重要的作用,而中小企业要持续发展和壮大离不开企业战略正确定位及合理选择。本文结合国内企业的战略定位,对我国中小企业如何正确地进行战略定位,总结出企业战略定位的三大原则:着眼未来、突出特色、勇于创新。同时针对多元化战略还是单一化战略好这一业界争论不休的话题,本文尝试通过对多元化和单一化分析,到单一化的核心竞争力的构建,再结合我国的国情来分析中小企业持续发展的经营思路,期待对中小企业提供参考。关键词:中小企业;定位;核心竞争力;培育ABSTRACThe rapid development of China's small and medium enterprises in China's economic development play an increasingly important role.
