论城市社区居民参与的现状及提升对策摘 要改革开放三十多年来，我国的经济迅猛发展，城市数量不断增加，城市规模的不断扩大。随着我国城市人口的不断增加，传统社区向现代社区的不断转变，城市各种管理结构和组织机构都发生了变化。因此，社区在城市中扮演的角色就十分重要，与此同时城市社区居民参与也存在着一些问题，如社区居民没有主动参与的意识，参与被动化等一系列问题，这些问题对社区发展都是一种挑战。本文通过对城市社区居民参与现状的研究，分析问题，并制定出相应的解决对策，以此来提高城市社区居民参与，促进城市社区发展。关键词：社区 ；城市社区；居民参与AbstractApart from a dramatic economic develop, China has also witnessed a rapid growth of the quantity and scale of its cities since the reform and opening-up policy. With the increasing number of urban population, residents are changing from unit man to social man, and traditional communities are transforming into modern communities, which has brought a shift in urban social structure and organizational management structure .Therefore ,communities play an important role in cities .At the same time, there are problems in the residents’ involvement in urban communities such as a lack of participation awareness and passive participation, which can be challenges for the construction of urban communities.
