论低碳经济对安阳钢铁出口的影响及策略分析研究 工商管理专业

摘 要低碳经济将科学发展战略当做方向，将制度创新、技术创新、新能源发展、产业变革当做方式，凸显在经济发展时期石油、煤炭等资源的损耗，最终减少二氧化碳的排放，促使经济和自然保护共同发展。此外，发展低碳经济不只是维护环境，此外还是调节产业结构的要求。低碳经济可以提升资源使用效率，促进新能源的发展，加快全新工业的进步，最终促进经济发展形式的转型升级，促使国内经济得到规模效益。故而探究低碳经济的影响极为必要。本文将安阳市钢铁行业出口作为研究对象，对低碳经济对安阳市钢铁产生的影响加以分析。首先本文总结了安阳钢铁行业出口通过低碳经济的当前情况，分析了低碳经济的作用，然后阐释了在低碳经济下，安阳钢铁行业出口所应对的难题。最后，从企业和政府的层面出发，为解决这些问题，提出了相应的方案。通过本研究，可以极大程度的减少低碳经济对安阳钢铁行业出口所带来的不利影响，对安阳钢铁行业出口起到积极的影响。关键词：低碳经济；国际贸易；钢铁行业出口AbstractThe low-carbon economy regards the scientific development strategy as the direction, and regards institutional innovation, technological innovation, new energy development, and industrial transformation as a way to highlight the loss of resources such as oil and coal during the economic development period, and ultimately reduce carbon dioxide emissions and promote economic and natural protection.
