论警察权丧失的原因摘要近年来，警察在执法的过程中频频出现受阻的现象，部分民众在犯错误之后不能正确认识到自己的过失，不配合警察执法的现象比比皆是。甚至少部分民众在与警察发生冲突之后会存在袭警的行为，导致我们的一线民警在执行任务的过程中频频受伤，甚至会出现死亡的现象。对整个社会都造成了极其严重的负面的影响。分析原因，除去少部分警察在执法的过程中行为不当引起的民众反应，多数还是因为近些年通常出现的“丑化”警察、“弱化”警察的行为导致警察的权威在很大程度上受到挑战，警察的权力在面对民众的过程中出现了弱化的现象。而这些都不是健康的现象，至少这种事情发生的本身必将给警察日后执法过程产生一定的阻碍作用。而若不能及时制止这种情况的发生，对警察权威的挑衅和警察权的丧失，必将由少部分现象转变为整个社会的“风气”，不利于社会的稳定和治安，甚至法律的权威也将会受到极大的挑衅。关键词：警察权；丧失；原因AbstractIn recent years, the police in law enforcement have been blocked in the process of the phenomenon, some people after making mistakes can't correctly realize his mistake, don't cooperate with the police law enforcement is everywhere.
