农村劳动力非农收入的影响因素研究-以陕西省为例摘 要近年来，随着陕西省经济的快速发展，城镇化步伐的加快，非农收入作为农村劳动力收入水平的一部分，增长速度尤其明显。农村劳动力非农收入对提高农村劳动力的收入水平至关重要，同时也关乎城乡一体化发展的大局。本文分析了陕西省农村劳动力非农收入的现状，陕西省农村劳动力非农收入的影响因素，即：人力资本因素；区域经济发展水平；产业结构因素；市场化因素。由此提出了增加陕西省农村劳动力非农收入的政策建议，以促进农村经济的发展。关键词：陕西省；农村劳动力；非农收入；影响因素；对策AbstractIn recent years, with the rapid development of economy in Shaanxi Province, the pace of urbanization accelerated, non-agricultural income as part of the rural labor income level, the growth rate is particularly evident. The non-agricultural income of the rural labor force is very important to raise the income level of the rural labor force, and also to the overall situation of urban and rural integration. This paper analyzes the current situation of non-agricultural income of rural labor force in Shaanxi Province, the influencing factors of non-agricultural income of rural labor force in Shaanxi Province, namely, human capital factor, regional economic development level, industrial structure factor, market factor.
