企业财务管理存在的问题及对策分析研究 会计学管理专业

摘 要21 世纪的今天，世界经济发生了前所未有的变化与发展，由于经济体制的不断改革及深化，使得市场在资源配置中发挥了很大的作用。除此之外，社会主义市场经济体系不断得以完善，经济结构调整步伐不断加快。这些都为企业的发展带来更为广泛的机遇。企业的发展对于增长国民经济、缓解就业压力、优化经济结构、促进技术创新等方面都具有举足轻重的作用。但是，由于外部环境的影响和企业自身管理职能的缺失，导致一些企业在新经济时期的企业财务管理方面出现了一些问题，致使企业效益下降。本文以企业财务管理为研究对象，主要论述经济快速增长时期的企业财务管理存在的问题。在研究中运用文献阅读法等方法，并将理论与实际相联系结合，通过分析经济发展形势、阐述企业的财务管理现状、提出企业在财务管理中存在的问题和出现问题的原因，并给出相应的建议与对策，希望可以企业的发展提供一些参考。关键词：新经济时期；快速增长；财务管理AbstractIn the 21st century,the world economy has undergone unprecedented change and development,due to the continuous deepening of the reform of the economic system and make the market in allocating resources to play a greater role in addition to this,the socialist market economic system continued to improve,economic accelerating the pace of structural adjustment,these have brought a broader opportunities for enterprise development.Enterprise development for the growth of the national economy,ease employment pressure,optimizing the economic structure,promoting technological innovation and other areas have a pivotal role.However,due to the lack of impact of the external environment and their own management functions,resulting in some companies there are some problems in the financial management of rapid economic growth period,resulting in reduced ability to resist risks.In this paper,for the study of financial management,corporate financial management issues quickly when economic growth is mainly discussed in this paper the use of literature reading method ...
