企业创新管理分析研究 工商管理专业

内容摘要管理和创新是企业持续发展的永恒主题。管理是企业持续发展的基础，而创新是企业持续发展的动力。企业的不断成长、规模的不断壮大客观上都要求进行与之相适应的创新管理。我国正处于经济快速发展的时期，国内中小企业量大面广，资源规模及数量均较有限，创新管理方面存在起步晚、观念落后、制度不完善、管理不规范及人员素质有待提高等诸多问题。为此，开展国内中小型企业创新管理研究，能有效提高国内中小型企业资源配置效率；促进技术、制度与创新管理的互动关系解决高耗能和污染等限制企业可持续发展的问题，从而提高中小企业的存活率和竞争力。本文通过了解国内中小型企业创新管理的概述，阐述国内中小型企业创新管理的现状，引出中小型企业创新管理过程中存在的问题，最后提出相应的建议和对策。关键词：中小型企业 创新 管理AbstractManagement and innovation are the eternal theme of sustainable development of enterprises. The continuous growth and expansion of enterprises objectively require innovative management to adapt to them. Our country is in the period of rapid economic development. There are a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. The scale and quantity of resources are limited. There are many problems in innovation management, such as late start, backward concept, imperfect system, irregular management and the quality of personnel to be improved. Therefore, the research on innovation management of domestic SMEs can effectively improve the efficiency of resource allocation of domestic SMEs, promote the interaction between technology, system and innovation management, and solve the problems of high energy consumption and pollution that restrict the sustainable development of enterprises, so as to improve the survival rate and competitiveness of SMEs.
