摘要随着时代的发展,科学的进步,人们对于安全方面的关注越来越大,尤其是对于厨房安全方面的重视。在如今这个厨房安全事故频发的现在,厨房安全是至关重要的一环。例如厨房内的温度过高,烟雾太大干扰到人体的呼吸功能,可燃气体的泄露导致火灾甚至爆炸事故以及电路电线安全问题等等一系列的隐患事故,尤其是火灾事故频繁发生。为了防止这些事故的发生,设计了一个系统。本文通过以STM32F103单片机为核心的系统,主要进行厨房内的温度检测和烟雾浓度检测以及报警功能,与此同时,还能实现自动动作功能来对安全事故进行处理。系统包含温度检测电路,烟雾检测电路,声光报警电路,按键控制电路,显示电路以及水泵控制电路等。本系统通过对硬件的电路设计和软件的程序撰写以及设计,将信息的采集处理都通过STM32F103单片机芯片去完成。当险情即将发生或者将要发生的时候,系统发出警报,及时对厨房内的事故进行处理,保障人们的人生安全以及设备安全,使人能更安全地进入厨房工作。关键词:厨房安全,报警器,STM32F103单片机,智能化AbstractWiththedevelopmentofthetimesandtheadvancementofscience,peoplepaymoreandmoreattentiontosafety,especiallytheimportanceofkitchensafety.Intoday'skitchensafetyincidents,kitchensafetyisavitalpart.Forexample,thetemperatureinthekitchenistoohigh,thesmokeistoomuchtointerferewiththebreathingfunctionofthehumanbody,theleakageofflammablegascausesfireandevenexplosionaccidents,andthesafetyofcircuitwiresandthelike,andaseriesofhiddenaccidents,especiallyfireaccidentsoccurfrequently.Inordertopreventtheseaccidentsfromhappening,asystemwasdesigned.ThisarticleadoptstheSTM32F103single-chipmicrocomputerasthecoresystem,mainlyfortemperaturedetection,smokeconcentrationdetectionandalarmfunctioninthekitchen.Atthesametime,itcanalsorealizetheautomaticactionfunctiontodealwithsafetyaccidents.Thesystemincludestemperaturedetectioncircuit,smokedetectioncircuit,soundandlightalarmcircuit,buttoncontrolcircuit,displaycircuitandwaterpumpcontrolcircuit.Thesystemthroughthehardwarecircuitdesignandsoftwareprogramminganddesign,theinformationcollectionandprocessingthroughtheSTM32F103microcontrollerchiptocomplete.Whenthedangerisabouttohappenorisabouttohappen,thesystemwillissueanalarmtodealwithaccidentsinthekitchenintimetoensurepeople'slifesafetyandequipmentsafety,sothatpeoplecanenterthekitchensafely.KeyWords:Kitchensafety,alarm,STM32F103singlechipmicrocomputer,intelligent目录第一章引言....................................................................................................................................51.1选题依据和意义...............................................................................................................51.2国内外现状研究...............................................................................................................51.3设计目标和内容...............................................................................................................51.4设计方案...........................................................................................................................6第二章硬件设计部分.....................................................................................................................82.1单片机最小系统...............................................................................................................82.2烟雾检测采集电路..........................................................................................................102.3温度采集电路.....................................
