摘要本论文基于华北大酒店改扩建方案设计，与策划论文相辅相成，描述出完整的工作历程。华北大酒店作为一段历史时期的典型实例，在对城市酒店进行再利用的研究当中具有示范作用。酒店业的研究工作在我国尚属起步阶段，本论文对酒店设计过程的讨论将为今后更多的酒店研究工作者提供参考依据。本论文对方案设计的论述可分为四个层面：第一，对酒店现状的研究是改扩建设计的基础，为设计工作指明基本方向。通过对建筑现状的分析，可以发现华北大酒店与酒店业整体的飞速发展出现巨大反差，在功能、流线、空间、装修上存在诸多问题。第二，策划论文将方案设计定性于以高档商务型城市酒店为目标的改造性再利用，并提出若干指导性建议。本论文以此为出发点，结合建筑规范、酒店行业规范、管理公司设计标准，同时参考相关文献与实例，将策划逐步落实为方案。第三，由于酒店设计牵扯因素过多，过程过于庞杂，尽一篇论文之力很难详尽论述，所以本论文将研究重点集中在门厅、会议、餐饮、客房等宾客活动较为集中的部分。研究过程中始终保持与其它专业的密切联系，将设计工作落到实处，本论文从建筑、结构、设备等多角度完成对酒店改造设计的论述。第四，在建筑设计中，注重向周边环境、建筑功能及运作模式、使用者行为与心理寻求影响设计的因素。同时，随着研究的深入，设计工作不断进行修正，展开多方案比较，其结果不是定值，而是开放式的，为今后进一步的策划与设计工作提供更多参考。改造性再利用和高档商务型城市酒店为本论文的两条主线，在论文最后对研究工作加以总结的同时，也对两条主线进行展望。关键词：华北大酒店方案设计高档商务型城市酒店改造性再利用AbstractBasedonthereconstructionandcontinuationdesignofHuabeiHotel,thisdissertationandtheprogrammingpartareconsideredassupplementstoeachother.Combinedtogether,thesetwopartsdescribethewholeproject.Asatypicalsampleofaperiodofhistory,HuabeiHotelishighlyrepresentativeinthereuseresearch.ThestudyinthehotelindustryisjustinthestartingstageinChina,sotheexpatiationontheprocessofdesigninthisdissertationwillprovidereferencesforthehotelinvestigatorsinthefuture.Thediscussonthethemeanddesigncanbegeneralizedintofourlayers:Thefirst,thestudyonthestatusquoofthebuildingisthebaseofthereconstructionandcontinuationdesign,andshowthedirectionofthework.Byanalyzingthestatusquo,anumberofproblemsexistinginfunction,circulation,spaceandfitmentwerefoundout,whicharecontrastedbadlyfromthehigh-speeddevelopmentofthewholehotelindustry.Thesecond,theprogrammingdeterminedthenatureofdesignasremodelingreuse,focusingontheHigh-gradeBusinessUrbanHotels,andputforwardaseriesofguidelines.Basedonthispointandconsideredwiththecodeofarchitectualindustry,thecodeofhotelindustry,thedesignstandardsofhotel-managingcompany,andmanycorrelativeliteraturesandrelatedsamples,thisdissertationputtheprogrammingintoaschemestagebystage.Thethird,It'sembarrassingtodissertatethisschemeexhaustivelyinonedissertationonaccountoftoonumerousandjumbledcourse,andtoomanyinvolvedfactors.Therefore,theresearchfocusesonthehallarea,thefunctionarea,thedining-roomareaandtheguest-roomarea,wheretheguests'activitiesareconcentratedmost.Wekeptincontactwithotherspecialtiescloselyallalongtheresearch,andtriedtoputtheschemeintoreality,whichisdescribedfrommulti-aspect,includingthearchitecturedesign,theconstructiondesignandtheequipmentdesign.Thefourth,thefactorsinfluencingthearchitecturedesignaredigoutfromthesurroundings,thefunctions,thepatternsofuse,andthebehaviorandmentalityoftheusers.Alongwithourresearchingfurtherandfurther,thedesignwascorrectedconstantly.Morethanoneschemeismadeoutineachpartofbuilding,andtheresult,asthereferenceofthefurth...
