武汉地区会展酒店发展现状及对策分析摘要近年来，会展工作发展得十分迅速，我国大规模的会展市场上已经逐渐地建立起很大一批会展型的酒店，而且在经济效益与企业效益双方面都有所斩获，为我国会展事业的发展提供了源源不绝的动力，而且其中部分会展型的酒店已经在行业当中取得了较高的认可。我国该行业发展速度虽然较快，但是因为发展时间较短，在人员以及服务方面与世界范围内比较知名的会展酒店之间相差较远。我国会展酒店目前虽然是在针对市场细分的情况下来建立的，但是还没有彻底地占领该市场，并且在管理以及经营方面也存在比较多的问题。本论文将研究武汉地区的会展酒店的发展现状，了解武汉各个地区的会议型酒店存在哪些特点，通过收集资料分析数据的方式，探究武汉地区的会议型酒店的规模、存在的问题并提出建议。论文分为四个部分：前两章是论文的第一部分，是本研究的理论基础。第一章具体涉及研究背景、研究目的与意义，以此说明开展本研究的必要性与迫切性。第二章是文献综述部分，介绍了会展业、酒店业、会展酒店的概念。第二部分为论文的第三、四章，属于研究的主体部分。笔者收集了大量数据进行研究分析，通过现状提出发展建议。后一章为论文的第三部分，即结语部分，主要是对本研究不足之处的反思与未来研究方向的展望。关键词：会展酒店;发展现状;对策分析AbstractInrecentyears,theexhibitionworkdeveloprapidly,large-scaleexhibitioninChinesemarkethasgraduallybuiltupalargebatchofconventionhotels.ThesehotelsObtainedeconomicbenefitandenterprisebenefit,andprovidedanendlesssupplyofpowerforthedevelopmentofChineseexhibitionindustry.someoftheexhibitiontypehotelhasachievedhigherrecognition.AlthoughthedevelopmentspeedofthisindustryinChinaisrelativelyfast,becausethedevelopmenttimeisrelativelyshort,itisfarfromthewell-knownexhibitionhotelsintheworldintermsofpersonnelandservice.ConventionhotelinChinaatpresentisfoundedwithonmarketsegmentation,buthasnotyetbeenthoroughlyoccupiedthemarket.Therearemanyproblemsinmanagementandoperation.ThisthesiswillresearchthepresentsituationofconferencehotelinWuhan.Italsohelpstounderstandthecharacteristicsofeachregion,throughthewayofcollectingdata.ItintendstoexplorethesizeofconferencehotelinWuhan,theexistingproblems.Atlast,suggestionsareputforward.Thethesisisdividedintofourparts.Thefirsttwochaptersarethefirstpartofthethesis.Itisthetheoreticalbasisofthisstudy.Thefirstchapterisabouttheresearchbackground,thepurposeandsignificanceoftheresearch,whichindicatesthenecessityandurgencyofcarryingoutthisresearch.Thesecondchapteristheliteraturereviewsection,whichintroducestheconceptofexhibitionindustry,hotelindustryandexhibitionhotel.Thesecondpartisthethirdandfourthchapterofthethesis,whichbelongstothemainbodyoftheresearch.Theauthorcollectedalargeamountofdataforresearchandanalysis,andputforwarddevelopmentSuggestionsthroughthestatusquote.Thelastchapteristhethirdpartofthethesis,namelytheepilogue,whichismainlythereflectiononthedeficiencyofthisresearchandtheprospectoffutureresearchdirection.Keywords：conventionhotels,developmentstatus,countermeasureanalysis目录一．绪论..................................................1（一）研究背景.........................................1（二）研究目的和意义...................................11.研究目的..........................................12.研究意义..........................................2二、文献综述..............................................2（一）会展业的内涵.....................................2（二）酒店业的内涵.....................................3（三）会展酒店的内涵...................................3...
