幼儿园小班室内环境创设现状及改善策略——以徐州市A幼儿园为例摘要近年来,人们逐渐意识到学前教育的重要性,室内环境创设作为幼儿园中重要的一部分也越来越多地被提及,环境作为幼儿“第三任教师”和“幼儿园隐性课程”的作用被越来越多的人所接受。对于3-4岁的小班幼儿,身心发展皆不够成熟完善,他们面对幼儿园陌生的环境中会产生分离焦虑,无法尽快适应。因此为小班幼儿创设符合其需要的室内环境变成一件严肃且必要的事情。本研究以徐州市A幼儿园七个小班中的教师和幼儿作为研究对象,通过查阅文献、实地观察、调查问卷和访谈了解当前该幼儿园小班室内环境创设的现状,分析其存在的问题与原因,在此基础上提出有关幼儿园小班室内环境创设的改善策略。通过调查研究,笔者认为该幼儿园小班室内环境创设存在忽视幼儿主体性且创设质量不高的问题。小班幼儿有其自身发展的特点和规律,教师在对小班室内环境进行创设时要区别于中大班,从小班幼儿的特点出发为幼儿创设良好的发展环境。关键词:小班;幼儿园室内环境;幼儿园室内环境创设PresentSituationandImprovementStrategiesoftheCreationoftheIndoorEnvironmentinKindergartenbeginner’sclass--TakeAKindergarteninXuzhouCityasanexampleAbstractInrecentyears,peoplehavegraduallyrealizedtheimportanceofpreschooleducation,andthecreationofindoorenvironmentisincreasinglymentionedasanimportantpartofkindergartens.Theroleofenvironmentasthe"thirdteacher"ofyoungchildrenandthe"hiddencurriculumofkindergartens"hasbeenacceptedbymoreandmorepeople.Forchildrenaged3-4yearsold,thephysicalandmentaldevelopmentisnotmatureandperfect.Everythinginthekindergartenisunfamiliartothem.Theycreateanxietyandfearinthenewenvironment,socreatinganindoorenvironmentsuitablefortheneedsofsmallchildrenbecomesaseriousandnecessarything.Inthisstudy,teachersandyoungchildreninsevensmallclassesinkindergartenAinxuzhoucityweretakenastheobjectsofstudy.Throughreviewingliterature,observations,questionnairesandinterviews,thepresentsituationoftheindoorenvironmentofthesmallclassinthekindergartenwasunderstood,andtheproblemsandreasonsoftheexistingproblemswereanalyzed.Onthebasisofthis,thepaperputsforwardtheoptimizationstrategyaboutthecreationoftheindoorenvironmentofthekindergartensmallclass.Throughinvestigationandstudy,theauthorbelievesthatthecreationoftheindoorenvironmentofthekindergartensmallclasshastheproblemofteachers'neglectofthechild'ssubjectivityandthecreationofpoorquality.Smallclasschildrenhavetheirowncharacteristicsandlawsofdevelopment.Whenteacherscreatesmallclassindoorenvironment,theymustbedifferentfrommiddleandlargeclasses.Fromthecharacteristicsofsmallclasschildren,theymustcreateagooddevelopmentenvironmentforyoungchildren.KeyWords:beginner’sclass;theindoorenvironmentinkindergarten;creationoftheindoorEnvironmentinkindergarten目录摘要-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1Abstract-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ⅱ目录----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ⅲ一、绪论------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1(一)选题缘由---------------------------------------------------------------------------------1(二)研究意义-------------------------------------------------------------------------------1(三)国内外研究综述------------------------------------------------------------------------2(四)相关概念界定--------------------------------------...
