云南省全域旅游发展的思考分析研究 旅游管理专业VIP免费

摘要当前，我国旅游业已经进入了飞速发展时期，旅游业的发展已经成为带动区域统筹发展、促进城乡一体化建设、美化环境、脱贫致富以及促进国民经济发展的支柱性产业之一。作为拥有世界级旅游资源的腾冲市，旅游业的发展取得了长足进展，但同时也存在着旅游基础设施不完善、旅游产品开发丰度不足、旅游资源保护与开发矛盾凸显、旅游接待水平低、旅游环境容量有限等问题。在当前全域旅游大背景下，如何探究全域旅游与精准扶贫之间的关系，如何利用旅游业发展所特有的带动效应带动当地社会经济的发展，解决旅游发展与元阳县的脱贫问题成为元阳发展旅游产业的重要命题。关键词：全域旅游；旅游产业；发展AbstractAtpresent,China’stourismindustryhasenteredaperiodofrapiddevelopment,andthedevelopmentoftourismhasbecomeoneofthepillarindustriesthatdrivetheregionaloveralldevelopment,promotetheintegrationofurbanandruralareas,beautifytheenvironment,getridofpoverty,andpromotethedevelopmentofthenationaleconomy.Asacitywithworld-classtourismresources,TengchongCityhasmadegreatprogressintourismdevelopment,butatthesametimetherearealsoimperfecttourisminfrastructure,inadequatetourismproductdevelopment,prominentcontradictionsintheprotectionanddevelopmentoftourismresources,andlowleveloftourismreception.Problemssuchasthelimitedcapacityofthetourismenvironment.Underthecurrentbackgroundofglobaltourism,howtoexploretherelationshipbetweenglobaltourismandprecisionpovertyalleviation,howtousetheuniquedrivingeffectoftourismdevelopmenttodrivethedevelopmentoflocalsocialeconomy,andtosolvetheproblemoftourismdevelopmentandthepovertyalleviationprobleminYuanyangCountyImportantpropositionsforthedevelopmentofthetourismindustry.Keywords:GlobalTourism;TourismIndustry;Development目录............................................................................................................2....................................................................................3........................................................................4....................................................................4............................6................................................................7........................................................7................................................9..........................................................11......................................................................11..............................................12..................................................13......................................................14..........................................................................................................15..................................................................................................16引言随着旅游业快速发展和居民经济水平的不断提高，民众的出游次数和需求持续增长，旅游业已经进入了旅游大众化和产业化的时代。回顾我国旅游业从无到有、从小到大的发展历程，据统计，从1984年到2015年，国内旅游已经从2亿人次左右增长到40亿人次，国民人均出游次数从0.2次到2.98次。在新的阶段，旅游发展要带动的社会经济效应是一个面，而不仅是一个点。大众化、产业化的旅游时代必然要求旅游发展和管理的新模式。因此，如何将优势旅游资源的保护和有个性的开发相结合，同时又能保持可持续发展，成为各地旅游开发的核心和必然要求。过去人们出门旅游看重的是我要去那个景点旅游，而现今人们出行更多的把焦点放在了哪个城市或者目的地值得我去旅游。旅游，不再局限于我到一个景点走走看看、拍个照片、到此一游，而是更加注重深层次地了...
