SuzhouTaihuGolfHotel苏州太湖高尔夫酒店PolicyNumber序号：ENG-006EffectiveDate生效:Policy&Procedure政策和程序SupersedesNo.废止号:PreparedBy制定:管道机修工岗位责职ApprovedBy审核:Distributeto发放:AllDept.Heads&HotelExecutiveUPolicy&Procedure政策和程序POLICYSTATEMENT政策声明：苏州太高尔酒店工程部所有人员均制定了岗位职责Objective目的：明确该职位人员的责任与义务PROCEDURES程序：JobSummary/岗位概述Torespondtojobassignmentsintherepairing,installation,preventivemaintenanceanddaytodayoperationofallmechanicalsystemwhichincludedomesticcold&hotwatersupplysystem,watersprinkler&hydrantsystem,sewagedischargesystem,plumbing,laundryplantandkitchenequipmentetc,inaproductiveandcosteffectivemannersoastomaintainthesysteminamostefficientandoptimumcondition.机械工要及时进行维修，安装，预防维护以及日常机械系统运行情况，包括饭店内冷水和热水供应系统，喷淋和消防系统，排水系统，管道系统，洗衣房设施和厨房设施等运行情况，保持设备在高效和经济的运行状态Duties&Responsibilities/职责义务1.Toexecuteallworksassignedinaccordancewiththeguidelineandpolicesandprocedures,especiallyinrelationtofireandlifesafety.按照酒店指导原则，规定和标准程序开展工作，特别要注意与防火和人身安全有关的项目。2.Toexecutepreventivemaintenanceandrepairinaccordancewiththeguidelinebyengineerandmanufacturer'srecommendations.开展预防维护工作以及按照工程师的指令和生产商建议维修设备。3.Toperformemergencydutiesasperoutlinedunderemergencyprocedure.在紧急情况下按照紧急程序开展工作：4.Tofamiliarwithallthemechanicalsystems,itsoperatingrequirementandcharacteristics,soastooperateinstrictcompliancewithrequirement了解饭店设备系统以及设备的运行要求和特性，严格按照设备要求和特性操作设备5.Toattendonthejobtraining进行在岗培训。6.TopracticeGSSduringcourseofduty在工作中执行顾客满意标准。7．Toattendtoguestrequestandcomplaintspromptlyandefficientlytoavoidinconvenienceordiscomfort.对客人要求和投诉及时做出反应避免造成客人不便或不安8．Topracticeandmakerecommendationstoengineeronenergyconservationimprovement在节能方面进行制作和提出合理改良建议9．ToperformallotherdutiesasmaybeassignedbyChiefEngineer,Asst.ChiefEngineer执行总工程师，副总工程师安排的其它工作10．Toassisttheothertradeswhereisrequested必要时帮助工程部其他工种组工作11．Toinspectallmechanicalsystemsandmakeoperationstatusrecordsasperinspectionlist.Tocorrectandreportoperationdeficiency,unusualeventsandsafetyhazardsconditionstoengineer.Toconstantlyassessthepreventivemaintenanceschedule,methodofmaintenance,toensurethatequipmentlongevity,avoidanceofrepairsanddowntime,easeofoperation,andefficiencyareallbeingmaximizedpursuanttomanufacturingrecommendationsSuzhouTaihuGolfHotelPolicyNumber序号：ENG-006苏州太湖高尔夫酒店EffectiveDate生效:Policy&Procedure政策和程序SupersedesNo.废止号:PreparedBy制定:管道机修工岗位责职ApprovedBy审核:Distributeto发放:AllDept.Heads&HotelExecutiveU按照工作检查表检查机械设备运行情况并做好记录工作。维修和上报设备运行缺陷，不寻常的运行情况和安全隐患。经常回顾预防维修检查表和维护方式，保证设备长期稳定的运行，避免紧急修理和故障停机和根据生产手册要求高效运行12．Tomaintaintoolsandequipmentproperlyandkeeptheworkplacecleansandtidy.保持维修工具，设备和工作区域的清洁13．Toperformshiftandovertimedutieswhennecessary.开展本班次工作和必要时延时工作14．Toperformdailywatertreatmentinaccordancewithwatertreatmentspecialistrecommendation按照水处理专家的意见处理饭店用水15．.AbidebytheSuzhouTaihuGlofHotelCodeo...
