设计题目:基于PLC的智能全自动洗衣机系统设计摘要在国内社会经济迅猛发展过程中,大众的生活水平也日益改善,人们的物质条件越来越好,因而对精神层面有了更高的需求。经济全球化的发展也促使各国科技不断交流,现代科技领域生机勃勃,科技的发展辐射到了大众生活中的方方面面,其中智能化、自动化逐渐成为家居产品发展的主流,不少的电器家具都有了不同程度的升级转型。作为常用家庭电器之一的洗衣机,如果能引进新型自动化、智能化技术,必将满足当下人们对生活便捷性、舒适性的需求。许多电器产品的内部都包含着控制芯片,洗衣机也不例外,而PLC作为可编程逻辑控制器,同时也作为电器的核心控制芯片,能够满足人们对洗衣机功能多样、工作稳定的需求,因此,本系统将基于PLC开发出一款智能全自动洗衣机系统。PLC涉及到的技术内核是计算机技术,能够实现对设备的自动化控制,具有功能强大、性能稳定、体积紧凑、易于操作等优点。本文采用S7-300系列的PLC,对硬件以及程序这两部分内容进行了具体的设计,基于此,开发了一款系统结构较为简单的全自动洗衣机控制系统,该系统能够完成完整的衣服洗涤流程,包括六个工作环节:第一,进水;第二,洗涤;第三,排水,第四,脱水。第五,报警;第六,停机。本文所设计的洗衣机通过可编程序控制器来实现洗涤过程,满足了对洗衣机运行的智能控制,对实现一流全自动洗衣机有了具体的实践,相信全自动洗衣机将会有更广阔的市场前景。关键词:PLC;洗衣机;可靠性;全自动;AbstractIntheprocessofrapiddomesticsocialandeconomicdevelopment,thepeople'slivingstandardsarealsoimprovingdaybyday,people'smaterialconditionsaregettingbetterandbetter,sothereisahigherdemandforspirituality.Thedevelopmentofeconomicglobalizationhasalsopromptedthecontinuousexchangeofscienceandtechnologyinvariouscountries.Thefieldofmodernscienceandtechnologyisvibrant,andthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnologyhasradiatedintoallaspectsofpubliclife.Amongthem,intelligenceandautomationhavegraduallybecomethemainstreamofthedevelopmentofhouseholdproducts.Manyelectricalappliancesandfurnitureareavailable.Upgradeandtransformationtovaryingdegrees.Asoneofthecommonlyusedhouseholdappliances,washingmachines,ifnewautomationandintelligenttechnologiescanbeintroduced,willsurelymeetpeople'sneedsforconvenienceandcomfortinlife.Manyelectricalproductscontaincontrolchips,andwashingmachinesarenoexception.PLC,asaprogrammablelogiccontroller,isalsothecorecontrolchipofelectricalappliances.Itcanmeetpeople’sneedsforwashingmachineswithdiversefunctionsandstablework.ThesystemwilldevelopanintelligentfullyautomaticwashingmachinesystembasedonPLC.ThetechnicalcoreinvolvedinPLCiscomputertechnology,whichcanrealizeautomaticcontrolofequipment,andhastheadvantagesofpowerfulfunctions,stableperformance,compactsize,andeasyoperation.ThisarticleusestheS7-300seriesPLCtospecificallydesignthetwopartsofthehardwareandtheprogram.Basedonthis,afullyautomaticwashingmachinecontrolsystemwitharelativelysimplesystemstructureisdeveloped,whichcancompletethecompleteclotheswashingprocess.,Includingsixworklinks:first,waterintake;second,washing;third,drainage,fourth,dehydration.Fifth,alarm;sixth,shutdown.Thewashingmachinedesignedinthispaperrealizesthewashingprocessthroughtheprogrammablecontroller,whichsatisfiestheintelligentcontrolofthewashingmachineoperation,andhasconcretepracticeforrealizingthefirst-classfullyautomaticwashingmachine.Ibelievethatthefullyautomaticwashingmachinewillhaveabroadermarketprospect.KEYWORDS:PLC;Washingmachine;Reliability;Fullyautomatic;目录第一章绪论.................................................................................
