项目管理职业道德规范(英文版)PMIMEMBERETHICALSTANDARDSMEMBERCODEOFETHICSTheProjectManagementInstitute(PMI)isaprofessionalorganizationdedicatedtothedevelopmentandpromotionofthefieldofprojectmanagement.ThepurposeofthePMIMemberCodeofEthicsistodefineandclarifytheethicalresponsibilitiesforpresentandfuturePMImembers.Preamble:Inthepursuitoftheprojectmanagementprofession,itisvitalthatPMImembersconducttheirworkinanethicalmannerinordertoearnandmaintaintheconfidenceofteammembers,colleagues,employees,employers,customers/clients,thepublic,andtheglobalcommunity.MemberCodeofEthics:Asaprofessionalinthefieldofprojectmanagement,PMImemberspledgetoupholdandabidebythefollowing:•Iwillmaintainhighstandardsofintegrityandprofessionalconduct•Iwillacceptresponsibilityformyactions•Iwillcontinuallyseektoenhancemyprofessionalcapabilities•Iwillpracticewithfairnessandhonesty•Iwillencourageothersintheprofessiontoactinanethicalandprofessionalmanner.PMIMEMBERETHICALSTANDARDSMEMBERSTANDARDSOFCONDUCTThefollowingPMIMemberStandardsofConductdescribestheobligationsandexpectationsassociatedwithmembershipintheProjectManagementInstitute.AllPMIMembersmustconducttheiractivitiesconsistentwiththeMemberStandardsofConduct.I.ProfessionalObligations.A.ProfessionalBehavior.1.PMIMemberswillfullyandaccuratelydiscloseanyprofessionalorbusiness-relatedconflictsorpotentialconflictsofinterestinatimelymanner.2.PMIMemberswillrefrainfromofferingoracceptingpayments,orotherformsofcompensationortangiblebenefits,which:(a)donotconformwithapplicablelaws;and(b)mayprovideunfairadvantageforthemselves,theirbusinessorotherstheymayrepresent.3.PMIMemberswhoconductresearchorsimilarprofessionalactivitieswilldosoinamannerthatisfair,honest,accurate,unbiased,andotherwiseappropriate,andwillmaintainappropriate,accurate,andcompleterecordswithrespecttosuchresearchandprofessionalactivities.4.PMIMemberswillrespectandprotecttheintellectualpropertyrightsofothers,andwillproperlydiscloseandrecognizetheprofessional,intellectual,andresearchcontributionsofothers.5.PMIMemberswillstrivetoenhancetheirprofessionalcapabilities,skillsandknowledge;andwillaccuratelyandtruthfullyrepresentandadvertisetheirprofessionalservicesandqualifications.B.RelationshipWithCustomers,Clients,andEmployers.1.PMIMemberswillprovidecustomers,clients,andemployerswithfair,honest,completeandaccurateinformationconcerning:(a)theirqualifications;(b)theirprofessionalservices;and(c)thepreparationofestimatesconcerningcosts,services,andexpectedresults.2.PMIMemberswillhonorandmaintaintheconfidentialityandprivacyofcustomer,client,employer,andsimilarworkinformation,includingtheconfidentialityofcustomerorclientidentities,assignmentsundertaken,andotherinformationobtainedthroughoutthecourseofaprofessionalrelationship,unless:(a)grantedpermissionbythecustomer,client,oremployer;or(b)themaintenanceoftheconfidentialityisotherwiseunethicalorunlawful.3.PMIMemberswillnottakepersonal,business,orfinancialadvantageofconfidentialorprivateinformationacquiredduringthecourseoftheirprofessionalrelationships,norwilltheyprovidesuchinformationtoothers.C.RelationshipWiththePublicandtheGlobalCommunity.1.PMIMemberswillhonorandmeetallapplicablelegalandethicalobligations,includingthelaws,rules,andcustomsofthecommunityandnationinwhichtheyfunction,work,orconductprofessionalactivities.2.PMIMemberswillperformtheirworkconsistentan...
