摘要院前压疮患者的照顾者对预防压疮发生的知识调查与分析摘要目的：通过研究院前褥疮患者照顾者的行为，分析出引起褥疮发生的相关因素。方法：采用自制调查表调查70名照顾者为患者提供的护理情况及自身的一般情况自制调查表，是在参考文献的基础上自行设计。问卷内容经过预实验及多位护理专家审定具有良好的效度，问卷的cronbach’s为0.906调查表包括：（1）照顾者的一般资料。（2）褥疮患者的一般资料。（3）院前褥疮患者照顾者预防措施调查。调查表的填写是调查者与照顾者面对面，统一指导方法完成整个调查项目。结果：有效调查表69份(98.57%）。调查结果显示大部分照顾者做的不够到位，从而导致了褥疮的发生，如在局部受压护理、使用便器情况、饮食护理、大小便护理、皮肤护理等方面。结论：院前褥疮发生主要是由于护理不当和家庭经济状况的局限及社会保障系统的缺乏引起。为了减少院前褥疮的发生，卫生主管部门要加强社区医院的建设，提高社区医院的护理水平，要建立较为完善，系统的社区护理和卫生服务体系，建立社区护理服务和医院护理服务网络，保障社区护理服务工作的顺利开展。要求社区工作者走进家庭，给大家普及有关预防褥疮护理及其他有关大家身心健康的相关知识，这样就可提高人们的生活质量及减少生活压力。关键词：褥疮；预防；社区论文类型：调查研究Thesis：Pre-hospitalcaregiversofpatientswithpressureulcersinvestigationandanalysistotheknowledgeofthepreventionofpressuresoresoccurredSpecialty：NursingApplicant:YangXuTutor:XuNaAbstractPurpose：Byresearchinstituteofbedsorepatientsbeforethebehaviorofthecaregivers,analyzetherelatedfactorsofbedsoreoccurred.Method：Usingself-designedquestionnairesurveyof70patientswithcaregiverstoprovidecareanditsgeneralsituation.Self-madequestionnaire,isdesignedonthebasisofreferenceliterature.Questionnairecontentthroughtheexperimentandtheexaminationandapprovalofanumberofnursingexpertshasgoodvalidityandquestionnairecronbach's0.906questionnaireincludinggeneraldata:(1)thecaregivers.(2)patientswithbedsoregeneralinformation.(3)thepre-hospitalinvestigationinpatientswithbedsorecarepreventivemeasures.Fillinistheinvestigatorsandcaregiversfacetofacequestionnaire,uniformguidelinestocompletetheentiresurveyprojects.Result：Effectivequestionnaire69(98.57%).Theresultsofthesurveyshowthatmostofthecaregiversdonotreachthedesignatedposition,leadingtotheincidenceofpressureulcers,seetable3-2.Pressureulcersinthepre-hospitalandpressure,friction,shearforce,wetandotherlocalfactors.Othercaregiversgenerallydeterminesthecaregivers'ability,havethetime,havethemoneytotakecareofpatients.Thisisalsothereasonofcauseofpre-hospitalbedsore.Conclusion：Pre-hospitalbedsoreoccurredmainlyduetothelimitationsofimpropercareandfamilyeconomicconditionsandthelackofsocialsecuritysystem.Inordertoreducetheoccurrenceofpre-hospitalbedsore,healthdepartmentstostrengthentheconstructionofthecommunityhospitals,toimprovethenursinglevelofcommunityhospital,toestablisharelativelyperfect,thesystemofcommunitycareandhealthservicesystem,buildinganetworkofcommunitynursingserviceandhospitalcareserviceguaranteethesmoothworkofcommunitynursingservice.Forcommunityworkersintothefamily,topopularizeaboutpreventingbedsorenursingandotherrelevantknowledgeaboutallthephysicalandmentalhealth,soitcanimprovepeople'squalityoflifeandreducestressinyourlife.Keywords:Bedsore;Prevention;communityTypeofthesis:TheinvestigationandstudyII目录目录1绪论.............................................................................................................................11.1背景及意义.................................
