消费者权益保护法【双语】（1）中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法LawofthePRContheProtectionoftheRightsandInterestsofConsumers第一条为保护消费者的合法权益，维护社会经济秩序，促进社会主义市场经济健康开展，制定本法。Article1ThisLawisformulatedinordertoprotectthelegalrightsandinterestsofconsumers，tomaintainsocialandeconomicorderandtopromotethehealthydevelopmentofthesocialistmarketeconomy.第二条消费者为生活消费需要购置、使用商品或者接受效劳，其权益受本法保护；本法未作规定的，受其他有关法律、法规保护。Article2TherightsandinterestsofconsumerswhenpurchasingorusingcommoditiesorreceivingservicesasconsumerneedsfordailyuseshallbeprotectedbythisLaw.RightsandinterestscoveredbythisLawshallbeprotectedbyotherrelevantlawsandregulations.第三条运营者为消费者提供其消费、销售的商品或者提供效劳，应当遵守本法；本法未作规定的，应当遵守其他有关法律、法规。Article3ThisLawshallbeobservedbybusinessoperatorsintheprovisionofcommoditiesproducedorsoldandintheprovisionofconsumerservices.WheremattersarenotcoveredbythisLaw，otherrelevantlawsandregulationsshallbeobserved.第四条运营者与消费者进展买卖，应当遵照自愿、平等、公平、老实信誉的原那么。Article4Transactionsbetweenbusinessoperatorsandconsumersshallbeconductedaccordingtotheprinciplesofvoluntaryparticipation，equality，fairness，honestyandtrustworthiness.
