1.PURPOSE目的：ProvideahandingInstructionforMoistureSensitiveDevices.为温湿敏感元件提供正确的处理指引。2.SCOPE范围：CompliantformanagementandcontrollingofMoistureSensitiveDeviceinFlexpowerShenzhen.本程序适用于深圳伟创力电源的温湿敏感元件.3.DEFINITION定义：MSDsMoistureSensitiveDevice(Componentswhosepackagemarkedwithpicture1).温湿敏感元件(外包装袋上标有中图1标识的元件)MBBMoistureBarrierBag防潮袋RHRelativeHumidity相对湿度RIPRawInProcess在制品物料暂存HICHumidityIndicatorCard,Acardonwhichamoisturesensitivechemicalisprintedsuchthatitwillchangecolorfrombluetopinkwhentheindicatedrelativehumidityisexceeded.湿度指示卡：表面涂有湿度敏感化学原料，当湿度超过一定范围时卡会由蓝色变为粉红色。Level/MSL湿度敏感元件敏感等级.ShelfLifeThetimethatadry-packedmoisture-sensitivedevicemaybestoredinanunopenedmoisturebarrierbag(MBB).It’sprintedontheMBB.保存期限指温湿敏感元件在防潮袋中（开封前）的保存时间。保存期限通常列印在防潮袋包装上。FloorLifeTheallowabletimeperiod,afterremovalfromMBBandbeforethesolderreflowprocess,foraMSDstobeexposedtoafactoryambient.暴露期限MSDs从包装袋取出到回流焊，允许暴露在生产环境下的期限。4.REFERENCEDOCUMENT参考文件：IPC/JEDECJ-STD-033BStandardforhandling,packing,shippinganduseofmoisturesensitivesurfacemountdevices湿度敏感的表面贴装器件的处理，包装，运输的标准。5.RESPONSIBLITIES职责：5.1PRD生产部5.1.1OperatorsmustclearlyknowtheMSDlistforeachmodel.操作人员必须清楚地知道各个产品的防潮元件清单。5.1.2OperatorsmustproperlyhandletheMSDspackage.操作人员必须正确处理湿度敏感元件。5.1.3Stickandfillout‘MSDsTrackinglabel’onMBB.在防潮袋上粘贴并填写‘湿敏元件跟踪标签’。5.1.4MonitorthestorageandbakingconditionoftheMSDs.监控防潮元件的储存和烘烤情况。5.1.5MonitortheusingstatusoftheMSDs.监控防潮元件的使用情况。5.1.6InformMErelativestafftohandlethespecialcase.若有突发事件请及时通知ME相关人员。5.2PE工艺工程部5.2.1DeterminetheMSDsstorageandbakingconditionbaseoncomponentsupplier’sguidelines(includingcomponentspecificationandanti-moisturelabel).根据元件供应商指引（包括元件说明河防潮标签）决定防潮元件的储存和烘烤条件。5.2.2ProvideMSDslistforeachmodel.提供各个产品的防潮元件清单5.3QA品质管理部5.3.1IQCcontrolIncomingmaterialareatemperature&RH,andcheckMSDs.IQC控制来料验货区的温湿度，并查验湿度敏感元件。5.3.2IPQCsuperviseMSDhandling.AllFPSIPQCresponsibilitieswillbereplacedbyoperator.IPQC监督MSDs的处理情况.所有电源项目的IPQC工作将由生产部作业员代替。6.PROCEDURE程序：6.1IQCchecktheincomingmaterialifitisMSDs.IfitisnotMSDs.thenhandlingitasnormalmaterial;ifitisMSDs,thencheckiftheMBBisdamagedandcheckifitexceedit’sshelflife.Ifeitherofoverhappened,thenrejectittovendor.IQC检查来料是否为湿度敏感元件，如果不是，则按照普通物料处理；如果是湿度敏感元件，则检验其包装袋是否有受损和物料是否超出其保存期限。只要有上面两种情况之一发生，应将该物料退回供应商。6.2WarehousesendouttheMSDsmaterialtoProductionlineaccordingtheprincipleofFIFO.仓库人员根据先入先出的原则将湿度敏感元件发放给生产线。6.3HandingmethodMSDsonproductionLinesMSDs物料在生产线上的处理方法6.3.1AllrelativeoperatorshpuldknowwhatisMSDsmaterial,onewayisthatoperatorcanknowwhatistheMSDsaccordingto‘MSDsmateriallist’,theotherwayisthatoperaorsifitispackagedwithvacuumbagonwhichthereisMSDssign,seepicture1.6.3.2OperatorinRIPshpuldstick‘MSDstrackinglabel’(seeattachment1)onMBBbeforedeliverMSDstoProductionline.RIP仓的人员在将湿敏元件发到生产线前，要贴上‘MSDs追...
