通过单因素和响应面实验确定了最佳工艺参数:卵磷脂和胆固醇比为5:1(质量比),卵磷脂和绿原酸比为813:1(质量比),均质压力为62MPa
在此条件下,绿原酸脂质体的包封率为76.32%,平均粒径为278.1nm,电位为一32.6mV
此法制备的绿原酸脂质体具有包封率高、粒径分布均匀、稳定性好等优点
