作物学报ACTAAGRONOMICASINICA2012,38(4):624—631ISSN0496.-3490;CODENTSHPA9http://www.chinacrops.org/zwxb/E—mail:xbzw@chinajournal.net.caDoI:10.3724/SEJ.1006.2012.00624利用混合线性模型分析绿豆主要农艺性状的遗传及相关性刘长友1范保杰1田静1,4曹志敏1王彦1张志肖1苏秋竹1王素华2河北农林科学院粮油作物研究所,河北省作物遗传育种实验室,河北石家庄050031,2中国农业科学院作物科学研究所,北京100081摘要:以19个绿豆品种(系)为亲本,采用非完全双列杂交试验设计及混合线性模型,研究绿豆主要农艺性状的遗传规律及其性状间的相互关系。结果表明,绿豆全生育日数、株高、主茎节数和百粒重均以加性效应为主,狭义遗传率较高且达极显著水平;单株荚数、单株产量和总产量的加性效应和显性效应均显著或极显著,狭义遗传率相对较低;单荚粒数主要受显性效应影响,广义遗传率较高;播种至开花天数与株高间存在显著或极显著遗传和表型正相关;单株荚数、单荚粒数与百粒重显著或极显著负相关;单株荚数与单株产量、总产量显著或极显著正相关;百粒重与单株产量、总产量相关性不大;针对全生育日数、株高、主茎节数和百粒重的选择可在早期世代进行,而对产量的选择可以根据单株荚数和单株产量在晚期世代进行。关键词:绿豆;农艺性状;遗传分析;相关分析;混合线性模型InheritanceandCorrelationAnalysisofMainAgronomicTraitsinMungbean(VignaradiataL.)byMixedLinearModelsLIUChang—Youl,FANBao—Jiel,CAOZhi,Minl,WANGYanl,ZHANGZhi.Xia01,SUQiu.Zhul,WANGSu.Hua2,andTIANJingl,81InstituteofFoodandOilCrops,HebeiAcademyofAgriculturalandForestrySciences/HebeiLaboratoryofCropGeneticandBreeding,Shijiazhuang050031,China;2InstituteofCropSciences,ChineseAcademyofAgriculturalSciences,Beijing100081,ChinaAbstract:Thereareonlyfewreportsaboutthegeneticresearchofagronomic仃aitsofmungbeaninChina.Theobjectivesofthisexperimentweretostudytheinheritanceandcorrelationofmainagronomictraitsofmungbean(Ⅵ譬naradiataL.).Throughin—completediailelcrossof19mungbeanvarieties(1ines),weanaiyzedthebreedingdatabymixedlinearmodels.Theresultsre—vealedthatadditivegeneticeffectsweremainlyresponsibleforgrowingperiod,plantheight,nodenumberofmainstem,and100.seedweight.Thenarrow—senseheritabilityofthefourtraitswashi曲withsignificantlevel.Additiveanddominantgeneticeffectswereresponsibleforpodnumberperplant,yieldperplantandtotalyield.Thenarrow—senseheritabilityofthethreetrajtswaslow.Dominantgeneticeffectswereresponsibleforseednumberperpod.andthebroad—senseheritabilityofitwashigh.Daystofloweringwassignificantlyandpositivelycorrelatedwithplantheightatbothphenotypicandgenotypiclevels.Numberofpodsperplantandseedsperpodweresignificantlyandnegativelycorrelatedwith100一seedweight,butnumberofpodsperplantwaspositivelycorrelatedwithyieldperplantandtotalyield.Therewasnocorrelationbetween100一seedweightandyield.Asaresult,theselectionshouldbeatearlygenerationsforgrowingperiod,plantheight,nodenumberofmainstemand100.seedweight,butatlategenerationsforyieldaccordingtonumberofpodsperplantandyieldperplant.Keywords:Mungbean;Agronomictraits;Inheritance;Correlationanalysis;Mixedlinearmodels绿豆_(VignaradiataL.)是中国的主要食用豆类作物之一,除作为粮食和蔬菜以外,还具有医疗保健作用⋯。近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高和膳食结构的改变,绿豆的市场需求呈显著上升趋势,种植面积稳步扩大。但是目前我国绿豆高产育种工作遇到了瓶颈,在第4轮绿豆国家区试中无一参试品本研究由国家现代农业产业技术体系项目(CARS一09)资助。+通讯作者(Correspondingauthor):田静,E—mail:nkytianjing@163.c...
