灌注型嵌岩桩施工中的卡锤问题及对策刘姝娜1,朱永光2(交通运输部广州打捞局,广东广州510260)摘要:以新会抢险打捞基地高桩码头灌注型嵌岩桩的施工工艺为对象,结合嵌岩桩施工中卡锤现象的典型案例,论述影响嵌岩桩冲孔成孔的因素,阐述嵌岩桩在施工过程中应注意的问题及对卡锤现象进行诊断和排除的对策
本工程结合嵌岩桩冲孔过程中所用两种桩机冲锤类型的优缺点,加工改良自制了圆筒米字型锤,有效降低了冲孔过程中成孔方向与管桩轴向的偏差,从而避免了冲锤在桩尖位置由于偏孔产生折角而出现卡锤现象,有效提高了施工进度并保证工程质量,可为类似工程提供参考
