I公司内部考勤系统设计摘要信息化在我国中小企业的普及率较低，中小企业的信息化还没有达到发达国家水平。但是，依托于我国市场经济的不断成熟，企业间竞争的加剧，中小企业也开始认识到信息化的建设将会有助于增强企业本身的核心竞争力。企业的信息化建设的重点之一就是企业的考勤信息化，考勤打卡不仅是一家公司对于员工进行有效的日常管理，也是员工每月考勤绩效的发放标准之一。为了提升企业人力资源管理的效率，不断加强人力资源管理的质量和效率的管理方式，本文设计并开发了公司内部考勤系统。本文首先从公司考勤方面的需求分析做起，明确所设计软件的目标；接着分模块设计，将整个公司内部考勤系统的整体功能细分为员工考勤打卡功能、员工信息管理功能以及考勤信息管理功能三个部分，分别设计每个模块所要实现的功能，并且根据系统需求设计数据模型；最后通过VisualStudio2015开发工具，实现公司内部考勤系统的功能。本次设计的公司内部考勤系统实现了考勤信息的显示、员工打卡、员工信息的管理等功能，方便了人事部门对公司内部员工的考勤信息维护，在一定程度上减轻了公司在考勤方面投入的人力成本和物力成本。关键词：考勤管理；公司；ASP.NETIIDesignoftheCompany'sInternalAttendanceSystemABSTRACTThepenetrationrateofinformatizationinChina'sSMEsislow,andtheinformationizationofSMEsisstillinitsinfancy.However,relyingonthecontinuousmaturityofChina'smarketeconomyandtheintensificationofcompetitionamongenterprises,SMEshavebeguntorealizethattheconstructionofinformationtechnologywillhelptoenhancethecorecompetitivenessofenterprises.Oneofthekeypointsofenterpriseinformationconstructionistheinformationizationofattendanceofenterprises.Attendancepunchingisnotonlyacompany'seffectivedailymanagementofemployees,butalsooneofthestandardsforthemonthlyattendanceperformanceofemployees.Inordertoimprovetheefficiencyofhumanresourcemanagementandcontinuouslyimprovethequalityandefficiencyofhumanresourcemanagement,thispaperdesignsanddevelopsthecompany'sinternalattendancesystem.Thispaperstartswiththeneedsanalysisofthecompany'sattendance,andclarifiestheobjectivesofthedesignedsoftware;thensub-moduledesign,theoverallfunctionoftheentirecompany'sinternalattendancesystemissubdividedintoemployeeattendancepunchingfunction,employeeinformationmanagementfunctionandattendanceinformationmanagementfunction.Thethreeparts,respectivelydesignedthefunctiontoberealizedbyeachmodule,anddesignthedatamodelaccordingtothesystemrequirements;finally,throughtheVisualStudio2015developmenttools,realizethefunctionsofthecompany'sinternaltimeandattendancesystem.Theinternaltimeandattendancesystemofthecompanyhasrealizedthefunctionsofattendanceinformationdisplay,employeepunching,employeeinformationmanagement,etc.Itiseasytooperateandeasytouse.Itfacilitatesthepersonneldepartmenttomaintaintheattendanceinformationofthecompany'sinternalemployees,whichisrelievedtoacertainextent.Thelaborandmaterialcostsinvestedbythecompanyinattendance.Keywords:Attendance;Management;Company;ASP.NETIII目录前言.............................................................................................................1第1章开发技术介绍...................................................................21.1ASP.NET...................................................................................................21.2Access数据库技术...................................................................21.3C#................................................................................................................21.4MicrosoftVisualStudio2013.......
