I题目工业窑炉低温脱硝系统设计研究工业窑炉低温脱硝系统设计研究摘要通过调查我国工业窑炉的烟气排放和氮氧化物减排情况,分析对比现行脱硝技术的优劣,对采用选择性催化还原法(SCR)烟气脱硝工艺的工业窑炉进行优化设计。SCR工艺与其他的工艺相比,具有较高的NOx脱除率(80%以上),可将工业窑炉尾部排放烟气中的NOx控制在较低的浓度,以满足更加严格的排放标准。本次设计针对于尾部烟气温度在110-200℃区间的工业窑炉烟气,对其净化系统进行优化设计研究。以钢铁企业的烧结烟气为处理对象,结合烧结烟气的工况参数特点,对烟气的NOx净化系统进行设计与优化,确定了系统工艺流程及主要设备。对SCR反应器的设备结构进行了设计计算,确定了反应器的高度、横截面积和内部结构。采用钒钛基低温脱硝催化剂,根据空间速度的计算结果设计了催化剂的尺寸规格及布置总体积。对供氨系统等辅助设施进行设计计算,确保整个系统在低温烟气条件下安全、稳定的运行。本次设计的脱硝系统具有运行稳定,不产生二次污染,工艺流程简单,不必使用昂贵的在线仪表,成本较低等优点。该技术设备少,占地小,有利于现场的布置与施工。关键词:烧结烟气,氮氧化物,SCR低温脱硝,催化剂IIDESIGNOFLOWTEMPERATUREDENITRIFICATIONSYSTEMININDUSTRIALFURNACEAbstractThispaperanalyzestheemissionoffluegasandtheemissionreductionofnitrogenoxidesinindustrialfurnacesinChina,analyzesandcomparestheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofcurrentdenitrificationtechnologies,optimizesanddesignindustrialfurnacesusingselectivecatalyticreduction(SCR)fluegasdenitrificationtechnology.Comparedwithotherprocesses,theSCRprocesshasahigherNOxremovalrate(above80%)andcancontroltheNOxinthetailgasofindustrialfurnacestoalowerconcentrationtomeetmorestringentemissionstandards.Thedesignofthefluegaspurificationsystemforindustrialkilnswithafluegastemperatureintherangeof110-200℃isoptimizedandstudied.Takingthesinteringfluegasofironandsteelenterprisesastheobjectofprocessing,combinedwiththecharacteristicsofoperatingparametersofthesinteringfluegas,theNOxpurificatonsystemforfluegaswasdesignedandoptimized,andthesystemprocessflowandmainequipmentweredetermined.ThedevicestructureoftheSCRreactorwasdesignedandcalculatedtodeterminedthereactorheight,cross-sectionalareaandinternalstructure.Thevanadium-titanium-basedlowtemperaturedenitrationcatalystwasusedtodesignthecatalystsizeandtotalvolumebasedonthecalculationresultsofspacevelocity.Andtheammoniasupplysystemisdesignedandcalculatedtoensurethesafeandstableoperationoftheentiresystemunderlowtemperatureconditions.Theprocessequipmentisstableinoperation,doesnotproducesecondarypollution,thesystemissimpleindesign,doesnotrequiretheuseofexpensiveon-linemeters,andcangreatlysavecosts.Thetechnologyhaslessequipmentandoccupiesasmallarea,whichisbeneficialtothedesignofthesite.Keywords:Sinteringgas,nitrogenoxides,SCRlowtemperaturedenitrification,catalyst目录摘要........................................................................IAbstract...................................................................II1绪论.......................................................................11.1研究背景................................................................11.2氮氧化物的产生与危害.....................................................11.2.1氮氧化物的产生.........................................................11.2.2氮氧化物的危害........................................................21.3现有氮氧化物减排技术....................................................31.4低温SCR烟气脱硝技术........................................
