中国人寿西安分公司经开营业部招聘面试方案设计研究摘要:人才是企业的核心竞争力,同时也是企业之间竞争的核心。企业要招募优秀人才,首先应有良好的人力资源管理能力和员工招聘面试体系,员工招聘面试体系对于企业发展其有重要的战略意义。公司作为保险行业的龙头,尽管在多年的发展中取得了较大成就,跻身全国保险公司前列列,但在员工招聘面试体系中仍存在诸多不足。因此,如何对员工招聘体系进行优化,提高公司招聘效率,就成为公司亟待解决的重大问题。本文通过对中国人寿西安分公司经开营业部招聘面试流程的研究,提出了招聘面试管理系统的设计方案。本文依据员工招聘体系理论及相关研究文献,对公司的员工招聘体系进行优化。在深入研究公司员工招聘体系现状的基础上,本文认为公司的员工招聘体系存在招聘组织尚不完善、招聘计划不太成熟、招聘渠道不够广泛、甄选方法有待规范、录用跟踪有待加强、招聘评估不够系统等问题。这些问题的存在,不仅增加了公司的员工招聘成本,而且影响了公司的长远发展。针对公司员工招聘体系的现状和存在的问题,本文提出了公司招聘体系优化的主要内容包括:优化招聘组织、强化招聘计划,拓展招聘渠道、加大宣传力度,丰富甄选工具、规范甄选方法,强化录用跟踪、重视考核测评,完善招聘评估、提升招聘效率。关键词:人力资源;招聘面试;方案设计;AstudyonthedesignoftherecruitmentinterviewprogramofXi'anbranchofChinaLifeInsuranceCompanyAbstract:talentisthecorecompetitivenessofenterprises,butalsothecoreofthecompetitionbetweenenterprises.Enterprisestorecruitoutstandingtalent,firstofallshouldhaveagoodhumanresourcesmanagementskillsandstaffrecruitmentinterviewsystem,staffrecruitmentinterviewsystemforenterprisedevelopmenthasimportantstrategicsignificance.Thecompanyasaleaderintheinsuranceindustry,althoughinmanyyearsofdevelopmenthasmadegreatachievements,amongtheforefrontofthenationalinsurancecompany,butinthestaffrecruitmentinterviewsystem,therearestillmanydeficiencies.Therefore,howtooptimizethestaffrecruitmentsystem,improvetheefficiencyofthecompanyBecomeamajorproblemtobesolved.ThisarticlethroughtoChinaLifeInsuranceXi'anbranchbusinessdepartmenttoopentherecruitmentinterviewprocessresearch,putforwardthedesignoftherecruitmentinterviewmanagementsystem.Inthispaper,basedonthetheoryofstaffrecruitmentsystemandrelatedresearchliterature,thecompany'sstaffrecruitmentsystemoptimization.Onthebasisofin-depthstudyofthecompanystaffrecruitmentsystemstatusquo,thispaperarguesthattheexistenceofcompanystaffrecruitmentsystem,recruitmentorganizationisnotperfect,recruitmentplanisnotmature,recruitmentchannelsisnotwide,selectionmethodstobescientific,hiringtrackingneedstobestrengthened,jobevaluationisnotenoughsystemproblems.Theexistenceoftheseproblems,notonlyincreasethecompany'sstaffrecruitmentcosts,butalsoaffectthelong-termdevelopmentofthecompany.Thecompanyrecruitmentsystemoptimizationdesignofthemaincontentsinclude:optimizerecruitmentorganization,strengthentherecruitmentplan,expandtherecruitmentchannels,intensifypropagandaandrichselectiontools,specificationselectionmethods,strengthenrecruitmenttracking,payattentiontotheevaluationoftheassessment,improvetherecruitmentassessment,improverecruitmentefficiencywerepresentedinthispaperinviewofthepresentsituationandtheexistingproblemsofthecompanystaffrecruitmentsystem.Keywords:Humanresources;Recruitmentinterview;Schemedesign;目录1绪论.......................................................................51.1研究背景与意义.......................................................51.1.1研究背景.........................................
