题目:基于虚拟原型的机电一体化设计建模与仿真技术研究摘要随着科学技术向生产力逐步转化,机电一体化产品的设计已经涉及到机械、电气和控制等众多领域。单领域、分散建模的设计方法已经很难满足产品综合设计的要求。通过对机电一体化技术与虚拟原型技术的深入研究并且将虚拟原型技术引入到机电一体化产品设计,得到基于虚拟原型的机电一体化设计技术,以满足机电产品多领域交互设计的需求。本文基于SolidWorks和LabVIEW软件研究了虚拟原型机电一体化设计技术,以LabVIEW集成的相关模块为纽带将SolidWorks和LabVIEW紧密联系,构建基于SolidWorks-LabVIEW的机电一体化产品的综合设计环境。其次,以直线一级倒立摆为例研究了机电一体化虚拟原型的数学建模、机械建模、电气建模、控制建模以及基于LabVIEW的控制算法的设计与仿真。最后,研究了基于虚拟原型机电一体化的仿真设计方法,包括机械、电气和控制等领域的仿真设计以及在基础上的综合仿真设计。将原来以LabVIEW集成的NISoftMotionforSolidWorks模块为桥梁的SolidWorks-LabVIEW联合设计方法进一步改进,使虚拟原型能够完成复杂系统的控制设计并且显著提高实时性和可视性。实例仿真实验表明,基于虚拟原型机电一体化产品设计方法能够有效解决传统设计方法遇到复杂控制算法、实时性以及可视性等瓶颈问题,缩短研制周期,节约开发成本,为机电一体化产品设计提供了全新的技术。关键词:机电一体化虚拟原型仿真SolidWorksLabVIEWAbstractWiththegradualtransformationfromscienceandtechnologytoproductivity,thedevelopmentofelectromechatronicintegrationproductsinvolvedinmanyfieldssuchasmechanics,electronicsandcontrol.sothemethodsofthesinglefielddesigninganddistrbutedmodelinghavebeendifficulttomeetthecomprehensivedesignrequirementsoftheproduct.byin-depthstudyofmechatronicstechnologyandvirtualprototypingtechnology,anewelectromechatronicintegrationtechnologybasedonvirtualprototypingtechnologywhichwasappliedintoelectromechatronicintegrationemerged,itcanmeettherequirementsoftheinteractiondesignoftheelectromechatronicproductsinvariousfields.ThepaperresearchesthevirtualprototypemechatronicdesigntechnologybasedonSoildworksandLabVIEW.SoildworksandLabVIEWwastiedcloselyviaLabVIEWintegrationsomemodulestomakeathecomprehensivedesignconditionofelectromechatronicintegrationbasedonSoildworks-LabVIEW.Second,thepaperstudiesthemodelingmethodsofthevirtualprototypeofelectromechatronicintegrationincludingmathematicalmodeling,mechanicalmodeling,electricalmodelingandthecontrolalgorithmdesignandsimulationbasedonLabVIEWbythelinearinvertedpendulum.Finally,thepaperfocusesonthesimulationdesignbasedonthevirtualprototypeofelectromechatronicintegration,includingthefieldsofmechanical,electricalandcontrol.andthefurtherimprovesthewayoftheSolidWorks-LabVIEWjointdesignbasedonLabVIEWintegratedtheNISoftMotionforSolidWorksmodule.sovirtualprototypeabletocompletethecontroldesighofcomplexsystemandsignificanflyimprovereal-timeandvisibility.Theexamplesimulationexperimentresultsshowthatthedesignwaybasedonvirtualprototypeelectromechatronicintegrationcaneffectivelysolvethetraditionalmechatronicsproductdesignmeetingtosomebottleneckproblemssuchascomplexcontrolalgorithms,real-timeandvisibility.Thiswayshortsthedevlopmentcycleofthemechatronicsproductandsavesthedevelopmentcostsforthedesignofproductsprovidinganewtechnicalapproach.Keywords:MechatronicsVirtual-prototypeSimulationSolidworksLabVIEW目录第一章绪论......................................................................................................................11.1课题研究背景与意义................................................
