普通学校资源班课程教学管理问题与改进研究——以**书院为例摘要近年来,在教育平等理念的指导下,人们越来越关注残疾儿童接受公平教育的形式,即随班就读。以随班就读为核心成立的课堂统称为资源班。课堂教学作为实施资源班教学重要一环,聚焦了众多学者的目光,理论与实践研究不断深入,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。但总体来说,目前学术界从理论与实践相结合的视角对随班就读课堂教学给予系统的、整体的研究成果并不多见。而实际情况是,资源班课堂教学存在的问题日益凸显,因此迫切要求对随班就读课堂教学进行必要的改进。本研究以**小学部资源班课程现状为立足点,深入探究其对普通学生和特殊学生学业成绩及其他方面的影响,通过对资源班课程教学管理的研究,旨在丰富和完善随班就读生资源班课程的管理模式,充实随班就读环境中的课程支持保障体系和理论体系。本课题研究过程中,首先将采用文献分析法,对当前国内外资源班教学现状和课程设置进行全面的梳理和总结,了解现有模式,分析存在的问题和对策汲取优秀的实践经验,结合个案学校的基本情况,适当加以吸收学习,形成初步轮廓。其次,对所在同类学校、地区资源教室使用情况的现状进行全面调查分析,利用问卷法和访谈法调查个案学校教师对资源课程设置的建议和期待,对学校管理层、新任教师、指导教师访谈,找出影响资源班课程有效性的重要因素,组织几次学校领导、师徒教师对课程设置方案进行分析,有针对性地提出提高有效性的策略。接下来,形成初步的研究成果,并将在学校进行试行与修正,最后形成一套具有理论支持富有实际操作意义的课程设置及家校联合方案。关键词:资源班;随班就读;课程教学;教学管理AbstractInrecentyears,undertheguidanceofeducationequalityconcept,peoplearepayingmoreandmoreattentiontotheformoffaireducationforchildrenwithdisabilities.Classroomteaching,asanimportantpartoftheimplementationoftheclass,hasfocusedontheeyesofmanyscholars,andthetheoreticalandpracticalresearchhasbeendeepenedandachievedremarkableachievements.However,ingeneral,thecurrentacademicfieldfromtheperspectiveofthecombinationoftheoryandpracticeisnotwidelyavailableforthesystematicstudyofclassroomteachinginclass.Infact,theproblemofclassroomteachinginclassisbecomingmoreandmoreprominent,soitisurgenttomakenecessaryimprovementstotheclassteaching.Thisstudy**collegecoursesincludethoseresourcesclassstatusasfoothold,delvingintotheordinaryandspecialstudentsacademicperformanceandotheraspectsofinfluence,throughthestudyoftheresourceclassteachingmanagement,readalongwiththeclassaimstoenrichandperfecttherawresourcesclassmanagementmodel,followedintheenrichedenvironmentofcoursesupportsecuritysystemandtheorysystem.Thistopicresearchprocess,firstofall,usingliteratureanalysis,followedinthespecialeducationathomeandabroadonthecurrentsituationandthecurriculumtoconductacomprehensivereviewandsummarize,understandtheexistingpattern,analysistheproblemsandcountermeasures,absorbingexcellentpracticalexperience,combiningthebasicsituationofthecaseschool,appropriatetostudyabsorption,formtheinitialcontour.Second,similartotheirschools,thestatusquooftheresourceroomusageinacomprehensiveinvestigationandanalysis,thispaperUSESquestionnairemethodandinterviewmethodtoinvestigatecaseschoolteachersSuggestionstothecurriculumresourcesandlookforwardto,totheschoolmanagement,thenewteacher,guideteacherinterviews,tofindouttheimportantfactorsthataffectresourceclasscurriculumeffectiveness,organizeseveralschoolleadership,teacherandpupilteachersforthecurriculumplanisanalyzed,putsforwardtoimprovetheeffectivenessofthestrategy.Next,thepreliminaryresearchresultswillbeformedandwillbeimplementedintheschoolfortrialan...
