浅析民营企业员工激励机制的研究——以永辉超市为例摘要:随市场经济的发展和社会的进步,许多企业的发展已经逐步朝向技术密集型企业发展,目前我国的企业的发展对人才的依靠越来越重。作为人才管理的重要部分,人力资源管理的影响巨大。各企业的人力资源管理随着市场的不断进步而实现了更加科学化、多元化的管理,其管理方式也更加的开放。同时,企业要不断优化人力资源管理系统,不断的对自身的管理水平进行提升,就要重视企业额鼓励机制。良好的激励机制能够更好的提升相关工作人员的对工作的热情,提升其主观能动性,从而实现企业效益的提升,增加企业的竞争实力,实现企业利润的获取。文章针对相应的激励的各项内容及优秀的理论和相关的原则进行了分析从而得出员工激励机制的可行性和必要性。然后以永辉超市员工激励机制为例进一步的探讨研究,发现了当下民营企业员工激励机制存在绩效考核的滞后性、重物质激励轻精神激励、激励过程中缺乏有效的沟通方式以及缺乏优秀的企业文化等问题,并针对性的提出合理的绩效考核、兼顾物质和情感激励、建立良好的沟通方式以及加强企业文化建设等策略,以期对我国其他民营企业的激励问题提供参考。关键词:民营企业;员工激励机制;永辉超市;对策Abriefanalysisoftheprivateenterpriseemployeeincentivemechanism--takeyonghuisupermarketasanexampleAbstract:Withthedevelopmentofmarketeconomyandsocialprogress,manyenterpriseshavegraduallydevelopedtowardstechnology-intensiveenterprises.Atpresent,thedevelopmentofenterprisesinChinareliesmoreandmoreheavilyontalents.Asanimportantpartoftalentmanagement,humanresourcemanagementhasgreatinfluence.Withthecontinuousprogressofthemarket,humanresourcesmanagementofenterpriseshasrealizedmorescientificanddiversifiedmanagement,anditsmanagementmodeismoreopen.Atthesametime,ifenterpriseswanttocontinuouslyoptimizethehumanresourcesmanagementsystemandconstantlyimprovetheirownmanagementlevel,theyshouldpayattentiontotheincentivemechanismofenterpriseturnover.Agoodincentivemechanismcanbetterenhancetheenthusiasmofrelevantstaff,enhancetheirsubjectiveinitiative,soastoimprovetheefficiencyofenterprises,increasethecompetitivenessofenterprises,andachievetheacquisitionofprofits.Thispaperanalysesthecontentsofthecorrespondingincentives,excellenttheoriesandrelatedprinciples,andconcludesthefeasibilityandnecessityofemployeeincentivemechanism.ThentakeYonghuiSupermarketstaffincentivemechanismasanexampletofurtherexploreandstudy,foundthatthecurrentprivateenterprisestaffincentivemechanismhastheproblemsoflaggingperformanceappraisal,attachingimportancetomaterialincentivesratherthanspiritualincentives,lackofeffectivecommunicationmethodsintheprocessofincentiveandlackofexcellentcorporateculture,andputforwardreasonableperformanceappraisal,takingmaterialandemotionalincentivesintoaccount,andconstruction.Establishgoodcommunicationmethodsandstrengthentheconstructionofcorporatecultureandotherstrategies,inordertoprovidereferenceforotherprivateenterprisesinChina'sincentiveissues.Keywords:privateenterprises;Employeeincentivemechanism;Yonghuisupermarket;countermeasures目录1绪论.............................................................................................................................11.1研究背景...........................................................................................................11.2研究意义...........................................................................................................11.3研究方法....................................................................................................
